Just answer only one question - why none of people who offers you this sound like diamonds nice looking cloud mining investment opportunities have not described yet the very simple question:

when you do have a mining firm in what way it is possible to have more profit when lend capacities than just use it for mining and accumulate 100% profit?

Some of them are such a waste of time and even if it is legit you only earn a little amount which is not actually enough to regain your effort, not like participating bounty campaigns or joining airdrops which is free at it gives more opportunity than losing your time and money investing in ponzi schemes sites.

. It's not worth that is the reason why hashflare closed their cloudmining because they can't earn enough money to pay for investors because difficulty level in Bitcoin mining is increasing very quickly.

They aren't really bankrupt but that's their strategy of robbing their investors money.
If someone is still interested with cloud mining, hold your horses and don't be fooled with their contracts and unrealistic gains that they are posting.
Don't be interested with any of them so you won't fell to any of their scheme.

I think you better avoid cloud mining in google and some other media because I think cloud mining is just implementing a scheme like ponzi so money owned by others will be used to pay you and could at any time will make you suffer a very loss many.

They do already gradually showing off their true color and the sad thing is that they do able to accept investors while they are not already profitable which is always been a shady act for them to be done and now they are already terminating it and very sad for those who just recently invested without any knowledge or awareness on whats currently happening on mining matters.
Its being said or advise for how many times that cloud mining isn't really profitable but people do still continue to invest.

Yes and this is a fact that has happened, I advise you to not participate in cloud mining because it is very risky to your assets,
