Cloudbet are a bit different than other regulated casinos, because they do not care about bad publicity or negative reviews. They simply continue scamming people and their operation is still running. Most of the licensing authorities do not get involved into individual disputes, but they will suspend the license, if the casino hurts their reputation or break their ToS.

I hope you can open communication with them again, but I seriously doubt that they even talk to people that they scammed.  Roll Eyes
If you think Cloudbet is a scam casino, you should give negative feedback and flag in their account in this forum Cloudbet because there's no one who tag this account until now.

I don't want to defend Cloudbet, but the @OP didn't provide an enough proof to make a good accusation, we can't just trust his words. I know there's few accusations has been created before by other users, but it's either not enough proof too or the Cloudbet is so slow to solve the issue. It has been a problem with Cloudbet, that's why there's many neutral tag on Cloudbet account.

Hi,

I'm opening this topic on the forum to introduce you to Cloudbet scammers. 3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.

My friend had also faced the same issue with Cloudbet. Unfortunately, they did not respond to him either. Also, there are many Scam accusations threads regarding Cloudbet. However, you can also post your issue there. Also, please ensure you have completed research against the site where you are about to get registered.

Cloudbet's scam accusations have been increasing over time which is why most gamblers in this forum actively avoid it.
not only cloudbet even the gambling site Stake and maybe several other gambling sites were also accused and finally their problem was solved properly, I also still wonder why there are always new account users coming to create threads with the same accusations or complaints, I don't know if this is due to competition between gambling site
In the past , I also see the thing like this as an attack or something similar against one another from gambling sites , But over the years? i find things to be legit as there are people who has been active in gambling but does not know this forum until they become a victim and looking for place where to take actions against the said site and maybe OP is one of those who are not a bitcointalk member and just become one to post this accusation.
as we already Knew Cloudbet that had same issues in the past but care nothing to resolve their problem here in this forum.

People think one of the most effective strategies to handle issues like this, is to use Social media ....but they are wrong. The casino see this as "hostile" actions or bad publicity and they turn their back and stop communicating.

That could be true that they could be creating new account to start a scam accusation against the casino or whatever gambling sites it is for that purpose or it is not true. We really don't know unless we caught one but for now, let's just think that it is a gambler who start a scam accusation thread just like this. I think you also came across with a forum user making a scam accusation against more than one gambling site.
I also don't know just speculating whether this is part of a competition between casinos and other gambling sites trying to bring down each other, I'm not accusing anyone it's just that sometimes beginner accounts without providing evidence often appear by making accusations

What? Why would anyone create a fake scam accusation thread? What will they gain out of such move? It doesn't make any sense to me.
I don't accuse someone who gives valid evidence, after all it's just my speculation and I don't know, there's no need to be too naive in the real world there are many cases of healthy and unhealthy competition, maybe you can see how unhealthy competition works work for pay, I think you understand that, so no need to ask what they get, but again I say it's just speculation because almost every time there's a new thread making that accusation

I also still wonder why there are always new account users coming to create threads with the same accusations or complaints, I don't know if this is due to competition between gambling site
Wrong. It's not about rival competition or anything. Most victims who end up accusing crypto gambling sites are newbies because they were never part of this forum and joined it while searching for ways to accuse the site in question.
yes some of it is true but some of it we don't know who they are but again i say i don't know and just speculating about these people

There's two side on this and we can only see if the victim is legit if they provide proof for sure old forum users will not call them troll if they just post solid evidence.

So for legit newbie members who just came out here to post some accusation to warn the community better to post the necessary proof so that the other people who doesn't believe to much on newbie account posting a accusation will not find them a total waste of time.

How can some get hurt by a gambling platform to make them decide to ruin the gambling platform reputation? Someone please explain this to me?
They are dirty tactics which are usually employed by scam sites though their usage is pretty rare. Most victims are just gamblers who weren't aware of Bitcointalk before.

Tip: Don't blindly believe what anyone says.

Honestly, I can't answer that question but my advice for you is to ask that question to the who who do it. As far as I can remember, that forum user was of low rank and the account is also red trusted by DT members because of what that person did creating scam accusation thread just to ruin the reputation of the gambling site. If you as me what will that person get is bash from other people and nothing to be exact. For that person, I don't know what he/she will answer of your question.

Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
Edit: I check what Askgamblers have to say about the casino in the subject and this is what I see
This is unfortunate, this just really means of cloudbet being so scammy now a days, a kind of bs who doesn't want to solve their doings.
I believe you're right because people on this forum never have a positive impression of the casino which was once one of the reputable casinos on this forum some years ago and if a casino is unresponsive on this forum and Askgamblers people need to stay away from it.
In the meantime, I'm not surprised because there's a situation where a good casino went from good to bad.

@icopress might help you to notify the cloudbet team since he is the cloudbet signature campaign manager before which means he has contact on the team to look in your case. Just provide the proof to strengthen your claim.
I have already said more than once that I contacted the top Cloudbet manager and despite our conversation, he said that all user requests will be processed only directly on the site or via official email. I also said that Cloudbet is one of those bookmakers that do not compromise if the user does not read the rules and so on. In any case, I have no doubt that words like "Cloudbet" and "Fraud" are as far apart as possible.

Cloudbet's scam accusations have been increasing over time which is why most gamblers in this forum actively avoid it.

I stopped using this casino some time ago when there was a case of scam accusation, although the case was resolved I preferred to stop using the casino

Why on earth would you send your private documents to an anonymous site like Cloudbet when you were aware of the fact that they were shady op? You just made matters worse for yourself by doing this.

this is another problem, entrusting document to a shady casino is not a good thing, i have been saying it here on this forum that this KYC issue is a serious matter, people just need to understand that document is something important, and something that in the wrong hands it can create a lot of problems for you, there are people who even run KYC in a casino that opened and only has 1 day of operation, it seems that people do not understand that the casino can sell your documents to a murderer, and when that murderer commits crimes using someone else's documents, the police will go after the owner of the documents and will blame him for the murder

I believe the OP has already seen the many complaints that are on trustpilot because he also posted this case on trustpilot, the high number of complaints and no answers is shocking, I don't know if cloudbet are too busy that they don't have time to answer these all complaints or they maybe lack of staff or maybe they are turning into scam, anyway here are the many complaints:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.cloudbet.com

I hope that cloudbet manages to resolve the OP case as soon as possible and that it also resolves all these complaints that are on trustpilot

You know it's very common labeling casino site scammer but one thing I must asked you is that whenever you are reporting casino or gambling site you should come with facts or evidence to proof they scammed you, if necessary make a screenshot from the email communication how you guys communicated from the beginning till date this could make your allegations authentic.

Can I show proofs here?

Yes. You can upload your proof on imgur.com/upload then the copy the link here so that we can view it in the imgur website since you can’t post image here due to your rank limitation.

I’m just concern on the outcome of your complaint here. Cloudbet is not responsive here on answering concern but you can still try. Why does it took you so much time to finally have an update to your issue. They might gave you an excuse that your case is already forgotten since this issue is very old.

@icopress might help you to notify the cloudbet team since he is the cloudbet signature campaign manager before which means he has contact on the team to look in your case. Just provide the proof to strengthen your claim.

Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.
You can formally begin by making a thread of your accusation against cloudbet on this forum, simply locate the scam and accusation board (link to this board is already shared here by another user) and formally report your case in details.
Good thing is that cloudbet is one of the supposedly trusted casino thats listed on this forum, and i also believe they have a huge userbase on this forum as well, therefore a lot of users will be happy to study the case, take critical look at your evidences, contact cloudbet to hear/read their own part of the issue, and if in the end, it turns out your account was restricted unjustly, then be sure that they are either going to refund your money back to you or they will be blacklisted here.

But if in the other way round, it happened that you are the one accusing cloudbet wrongly, then also be ready for some tags.
wish you all the best bud.

Try to move this thread (command is the lower left of this thread) to Scam accusations board or just make thread there, make sure you follow this scam reporting format[1]
He already created another thread with a same content on Scam Accusations section [1] he just want to warn everybody about Cloudbet and want to force Cloudbet to look into his accusations. But the problem is the Cloudbet's representative still not logging into their account, so we can't expect the representative will reply his accusation. The weird thing here is @OP already wait for long time to solve his issue, actually he should go to legal court since the amount is huge.

About cloudbet, there are lots scam accusations against them actually, i dont know if they are already resolved. But for ypur case i dont know why it takes you too long to make an action against them, a week past should be suspicious for them and make actions by posting in any gambling community forum/ or subreddit, or even take legal actions if necessary.

While moving this to the thread, try as much as possible to submit enough evidence against them and follow the directives and instructions on the scam accusation board.
This big and reputable casinos are fond of this acts and just as the @cryptomiles1 has said that, most people will support them and it wouldn't be any less difficult for you to win this case as they have both the money and also the necessary powers to win you on this and beside, this claims have been there for long.
And since you reported to the necessary authorities including Interpol, you should as well post reports from them too.

All the while I was thinking Cloudbet has just adopted a more aggressive approach in promoting their old brand. I was even excited to see them having a signature promotion on this forum after quite some time. They had a good one for several months. It had just ended a couple of months ago. It is pointless, however, to explore marketing strategies while staying unresponsive to their own players.

Anyway, have you explored all possible ways to reach out to them? You might want to message Cloudbet here. It's not active for several months now but they might notice it through their email. And supply all the evidences that you've got.
