Edit: I check what Askgamblers have to say about the casino in the subject and this is what I see
This is unfortunate, this just really means of cloudbet being so scammy now a days, a kind of bs who doesn't want to solve their doings.

... otherwise you could be seen as someone who don't have enough words or strong reason for you to call them scammers.
For accusing a reputed casino, almost everyone will defend them no matter what the shown evidence is. The complainant will be assumed as a someone who break their terms, or people will twist the issue to complainant's other past issue, etc. (example of stake having past issues).
It's like they are paid to defend the platform even though the obvious mistake is the platform.

But for someone like cloudbet, who have already bad image, people will not be neutral, people will suggest possible ways to do against them.
And that's the reality.

You have to be very careful otherwise i don't think they would respond to you since is been 2 to 3 years now.
About the timeframe, yes, that's unfortunate, i don't know if this will be still solve, probably not. Well, let's be positive about it though.

You actually don't need any authorization to post proof of evidence or not, at first you would have posted it to make you statement very corporate otherwise you could be seen as someone who don't have enough words or strong reason for you to call them scammers. include a screenshot proof link will be very much needed when you make this thread, of course it will be very helpful for all of us to give the right advice for you, BTW why did you create an account with the name cloudbetscam , I hope you are not dropping that gambling site, I have seen you also in the Cloudbet thread here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61220668

to be honest, I also have several gambling site accounts and almost stopped a few years when I re-entered my account banned and blocked so I couldn't play the game and I didn't dare to make a deposit before my account came back and contacted their service support to complete, I hope your problem can be solved

The reason is because they said the account was under review, after that they stopped responding to messages. For now, I have reported the case to Interpol, Curacao egaming and askgamblers. I posted a bad review on all sites. I will also post in channels on Telegram where I have over 10,000 bettors.
Fair enough since you have reported the issue on Askgamblers and I trust Askgamblers to investigate the issue since they have handled countless malpractices of the crypto casinos.
In the meantime, I will advise you to move this thread to the scam and accusation section as you're already advised by some users, and also provide the evidence you have to back up this accusation so the forum member will be sure this is for real.

Hi,

I'm opening this topic on the forum to introduce you to Cloudbet scammers. 3 years ago I opened an account on Cloudbet, I made a deposit of about 0.29BTC, I played on the account and reached 0.92BTC. After that I could not log into the account. I wrote to support, and they replied that the account was frozen and that they would contact me via email. After that they stopped responding to my email. Every 2-3 months I send them an email, but no one answers, now I have decided to put an end to the fraudsters. I sent them documents for verification, my ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, but nothing. Can you give me some guidance on where to report this case. I have a lot of evidence and screenshots.

- If you have strong evidence, just follow what one of our colleagues said here that you appealed the scam accusation and just follow what you

should do there. It's also pretty big that you can't get out of couldbet if what you're accusing is true. And that's probably a long process. You just

didn't determine if that happened the first few years you created an account over this gambling platform. or 2 years or recently?

Why took you this long to tell the public about your case against Cloudbet, unfortunately, your chances are not good there are already a lot of scam accusations against Cloudbet, there are a few resolves but many are unresolved or ignored, I don't know if your chances but still post your accusations against Cloudbet in the scam section for reference for those who will do research about Cloudbet reputation, it can help others and minimize people that will play on this casino.

Good that you did that, all those complainants of Cloudbet should also do that, so they can stop Cloudbet from scamming more people, and start resolving these issues if they want to continue to operate, its not good that those who got scammed just bear it in silent, if they think that they have a case and they believe that their accounts are clean then they should create a protest and file complainst on independent gambling review platforms, if they do not do this expect Cloudbet to scam more gamblers.

If you sent screenshots to support Cloudbet, you could attach them by making an accusation against them, you also did exactly the right thing by filing a complaint against them to the relevant authorities, of course it may take some time, but at least such publicity will be useful for someone and will save them from loss.

You know it's very common labeling casino site scammer but one thing I must asked you is that whenever you are reporting casino or gambling site you should come with facts or evidence to proof they scammed you, if necessary make a screenshot from the email communication how you guys communicated from the beginning till date this could make your allegations authentic.

Can I show proofs here?
Move your topic to the scams accusations thread and then you can post with the right format.

You can use this as a guide when reporting. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

Try to move this thread (command is the lower left of this thread) to Scam accusations board or just make thread there, make sure you follow this scam reporting format[1]

About cloudbet, there are lots scam accusations against them actually, i dont know if they are already resolved. But for ypur case i dont know why it takes you too long to make an action against them, a week past should be suspicious for them and make actions by posting in any gambling community forum/ or subreddit, or even take legal actions if necessary.
