Maybe it is an option for you to try Malubit.com
I played there, never faced any problems and the payouts were processed quickly.

@game-protect - This issue has been resolved. I'd appreciate if you could avoid bumping 6 month old threads to promote your own content.

In regards to your 'consumer protection service' - we only discuss the details of a player's account with the owner of that account, both for security and privacy reasons.

If you contacted us claiming to be acting on behalf of a player then you would be told to have the player in question contact us directly.

I assume that most reputable operators would work in the same way.

Cloudbet_victim - It’s now been over 24 hours since I first asked for your account name so that we could investigate this issue. Even though you have been unwilling to provide details our Support Team have invested significant time trying to understand your claim, but we can find no evidence to support the timeline laid out in your scam accusation. I will leave it to the community to conclude what that implies.

The thing I’d like to stress here is that there are always two sides to every story. I’ll admit that over the years Cloudbet hasn’t always been perfect when it comes to customer support, but we are taking the time to invest heavily in this area in order to improve the quality and speed of our responses.

It’s interesting that many of the accounts that were so quick to respond in support of the accusation have now gone silent, but I suppose that’s to be expected.

Lastly, I’d like to personally thank the members who were calling for evidence and transparency instead of immediately reaching for the pitchforks.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Lol - quick to respond in support - 3 days you were MIA and your website suddenly went offline.

It's my right to support whoever I want, being myself bullied by Cloudbet (Scambet) for lousy $20 worth BTC.

Anyway he responded you on your main topic.

@Cloudbet_victim - I'm really sorry for the delay you have experienced with your withdrawal. Please let me assure you that we are not in the business of scamming bitcoin from our players - no company would last 5 years in a niche industry with those kind of practices.
Of course can a criminal casino with fake office registration and fake license last for 5 years with selectively scamming customers for huge amounts!

1) Most players are not able or willing to put "cloudbet + scam" into google

2) Affiliates gladly take a part of the cake for advertising your scam

3) "Review sites" gladly take you money for giving a good review

Looks like cloudbet clicked ignore this profile. Sad Cloudbet doesn't hear you anymore game-protect.

@Cloudbet_victim - I have now asked multiple times for your account details, which you seem reluctant to provide (privately or otherwise). I’m offering to try and help resolve this situation for you, but I can only do that if you give me something to work with.

@Cloudbet_Victim - Can you please let me know your Cloudbet nickname so I can investigate?

I've spoken to our support teams are there don't appear to be any large BTC withdrawals pending, and I can't seem to find any players with 25 BTC deposits over the last 4 weeks (it's possible it was done in smaller increments?)

Edit: It's now 4:00pm UTC and still awaiting account details so I can investigate this issue for you. There's been some serious scam accusations and I would very much like to get to the bottom of this ASAP. Please can you send over your nickname or registered email address (via PM if you prefer).

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Roonie,

I don't think i need to tell you who I am, sxxker. of course there's no withdrawal pending , you just locked my account. What the hack of status i would know it is inside your system right now.

This is pathetic if this is your crisis management / damage control. Put it this way:

1) if you really don't know who I am - then why don't you share with us how many guys deposited 25BTC altogether, won 5BTC, and being withheld 30BTC by you cheaters RIGHT NOW?  you are just making the whole thing looks even more scammy and fxxking scary ..

2) if you know who I am - then you are the worst actor of all time, just save your acting and give me the money back AxxHO

Either way, don't act innocent. Your PR skill xucks.

"I would very much like to get to the bottom of this ASAP"
--> You r a comedian , you were not so ASAP when i was not here a month ago. You could just go silent and disappeared when players tried to get in touch with you online and via emails for weeks.  Now you care, when there might be some reputation at risk, now you would begin to calculate pros and cons of capturing 30BTC from this guy.

All I can say is Cloudbet is definitely a sensible thief !

Morning all,

First of all, apologies for the slow response - we don't have 24/7 coverage on BitcoinTalk so I've just got back to the office and seen all the threads and posts. I'm trying to catch up on the situation above now, but I'd like to firstly assure everyone that we are not 'disappearing' and the website downtime this morning was just for routine updates.

@Cloudbet_victim - I'm really sorry for the delay you have experienced with your withdrawal. Please let me assure you that we are not in the business of scamming bitcoin from our players - no company would last 5 years in a niche industry with those kind of practices.

I'm contacting our support teams at the moment to get an understanding of the situation and will get back to you as soon as possible with a response. If you could please PM me your Cloudbet nickname in the meantime it will help speed things up while tracking down any previous correspondence.

Thanks,

-   I opened an account with Cloudbet a month ago, deposited 25BTC

-   Reasons why I deposited big: I am new to crypto casino, didn’t know much scams before, trusted their license (Montenegro license which I found out it’s actually an empty license after I was scammed, which means they operate WITHOUT license!); also they claimed to have highest limits and I saw each premier league game they could take up to 10-15BTC per bet max.
Man, what drugs do you smoke to deposit 25 BTC when you are a newbie in the crypto casino? You're suppose to view the licenses before depositting the money and not after getting scammed.

--snipe--
You make a valid case. Let's wait for their reply in this thread. Another reason why you should avoid such scammy sites with ridiculous KYC policies.  The funny thing is, these scumbags didn't ask for KYC when you deposited 25 BTC.

i use to bet 1-3 BTC per bigger soccer league games. It seems that they could take large bets (10BTC for some premier league games) per shot so i assumed they must be a very sizable firm, that's how i got screwed.
i regretted so much because this is part of my retirement fund ...

Sorry I m new to this forum. How can we attach files here?
Newbies can't attach files directly. What do you mean by files though? You can only link img, gif, png, etc. You would upload your image to file hosting sites like imgur and send the link here. Hopefully, someone with a higher rank will quote your post and then your images will be displayed.
