Hi, No they dont have any export function.. ... And they dont have any current balance information after any bet..  ( I think you dont use before cloudbet right ? )  Thanks

I am so sorry ,I dont understand what I have to do.. DO I need printscreen all the pages ?  Last night I had on my balance (1.26 - 1,30 ) btc.. Another day when I open my account I saw that my balance ( -6,22 )... After that when I write here. Support team fixed my balance to (0.0) . But problem is I lose my own bitcoins. I think cloudbet admin can solve this issue easy then me..  I only want to day deposit my balance.. Really I am betting with them big amounth for 3-4 years. Before they dont have any problem. But last 2-3 mounth I get lots of issue and write support. Everytime they told me that " everythink was normal " I lots of time feel that I missing bitcoins but I dont take record. But Last event was really bad. My balance going to ( - ) ... So I can understand somethink wrong on cloudbet.  I am really sorry to write here.. I am so sad to lose this company. But they need to fix this problem.. .. thanks..

I add printscreen on my old post. You can see that something on there. And Here is problem not about history/balance/deposit I think. Problem is my balance going to (-) and they dont try to solve it. Their solution to make my balance 0...  thanks for your answer..

To be honest I am very surprised how lightly you are handling this.

If OP is right and there were some funds missing, why does he have to ask several times for the issue to get investigated in the first place, and then why is the final amount set to the wrong balance?

Either OP is completely wrong, or you are not very thorough at best.

OP can you provide your balance history/betting history?

I have some old printscreen. But I am betting lots of time in a day. How can I get printscreen all the 5 minute in a day. I was sleep and when I wake up I saw that my balance -6.22.. btc. Why don't you check your bet history and calculate all bets, you can easily find any problem. There is all details there and for your btc deposit you can show your cloudbet wallet address, if you deposit there wallet will show with time and date.

I send Cloudbet dm, and he send me 2 message. But I see that they dont want to solve my problem. I have all evidence.. I post here printscreen of my account. Does Cloudbet give loans to players or how can account balances become negative?

It's very strange. we have to wait to hear from Cloudbet whats happening. Just this year in this section I've seen many cases against cloudbet and this is not good for a casino
