ofcourse, u got a weird one, how can they know if you really put in 0.02 instead of 0.2? if you can reproduce that bug/glitch then surely they will help you, otherwise no, it could be your own error Undecided

I wrote support last night and got a very standard right back.. They said once bet is placed, sorry I'm shit out of luck... But I I didn't place the bet I put in .02 pressed enter and it went dropped the .0 ?? Please look into to this mr cloudbet, I lost sleep over this last night.

are you even sure you bet 0.02 instead of 0.2? this could be an error at your end, you might be sleepy or drunk and forget to add the extra zero anyway
