I have 1 unsettled bet since yesterday(winning bet)
I didnt received any reply for a problem i have with a bet i put last week. And i didnt received any response at all for anything. Cloudbet started to threat his players like the site has enough players or more players than he need. i`ll step back from cloudbet.com .

Too many sites hitting a down time for extended periods this way. Lets hope its not the same with Cloudbet
silence is very worrisome
Maybe its not day where the site owner is from. Right now it has only been a few hours.
a few hours is way too long. 7/24 support is needed if they are taking bets on US games

Cloudbet.com started to be down most of the time. Whenever is a good moment to bet its down. I hope they are not down forever...but i smell something will happen soon. Lets see if im right.

Could you please explain why this happens?
if anyone has a bitcointalk account, feel free to report that to the CloudBet thread - an official response from them regarding deposits that aren't rounded to 0.001:
"The minimum deposit amount recognised by our system is 0.001 BTC - which is also equivalent to the minimum bet in our sportsbook. Deposits of less than this amount will not be credited to your account."
in practice, if you deposit 0.0019 - they set your balance to 0.001. i.e. steal 0.0009

that's why i decided to transfer to nitro because of the withdrawal issues.. if your a low player then you must choose this. but if not you need to email them all the time before they process.. so its inconvenient..

We process the vast majority of withdrawals instantly. We only need to manually approve larger withdrawals. We do this for player safety, and security of funds. All player funds are held in cold storage, so we need to manually refill the hot wallet to send larger transactions.
We are optimising the hot wallet so that we can process larger and larger amounts automatically. Even so, in the worst case scenario, your large withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours. You don't need to contact us to process the withdrawal.
