We cycle bitcoin wallet addresses for deposits after each deposit has been made, so each address is only used once.

In your case, the deposit address had been used multiple times - including prior to these two deposits - so our support staff saw that multiple deposits were credited as a result of transfers to that address, all in identical amounts.

If you could send funds to the address you see listed on your account page, this would help avoid these types of issues in the future.

In any case, your deposit has now been credited.

All of our bets - including live - are graded automatically. Some markets - especially live markets - can take longer than others, as we need to wait for reliable data from third party data providers.

You needn't contact us for an ungraded bet, as all are completely automated.
