Do some of them stop hashing and then do you have to manually restart them (unplugging power and/or USB)? How often?

The CM1s have very sensitive on USB.  By discarding USB cables on any boards that drop out, and using good, powered USB hubs, I have reduced the drop out incidents to ~1-2x per week on the 140 odd boards that I have.

I will ship these units with the known good USB cables they are running on now.
