For some time I was working on a so called "project".. well, I launched it yesterday :-)
It is a Paid-to-Click service that uses only Bitcoins.
Some things about the service:

- You can earn and advertise with the same account.
- The advertisement window must be focused 30 seconds in order to earn Bitcoins
