Only IPs from eg open proxies, or could a "normal" user end up on the filter too (by reloading)?What brings me to my next question:

Once I click the send button, the progress icon is rolling for a long time and seems no end there, and if I double click the button, I will be notified the captcha is not correct, I think this is bug.
