Old scam exchange will goin down today or tomorrow to new exchange comes. I wouldn't be surprised if running top exchange is scam because low trust will bring low volume which will headed to scam exchange. As far I know TEMTUM is good but listed exchange is only coinall exchange. Good project Bcnex exchange is doing same as coinall exchange, Bcnex exchange answer in Telegram.

Temtum is also listed on liquid which I was looking to transfer some to for more trading

This is really sad but let's just be hopeful it doesn't just be what we are thinking or looking at but many exchanges went through such medium. I do hope this doesn't happen because if it does, it will break many hearts and I do not know how it will be together with this Corona virus issue. I really do hope it's just a glitch that will be handled soon.

I totally agree with you,  this is a difficult time as the whole world has been driven to crisis due to the coronavirus pandemic, i can't imagine anyone loosing such amount of money to scam during this difficult time. Coinall has been quite a reputable exchange but it's been long i heard any progress or update from them, i hope they are still in the game and will make it up to him because from the various proof he posted, it's obvious something is very fishy

I am not really using this exchange but thanks for sharing your experience.
If you may, I would suggest that you created a scam accusation about the exchange and put all the evidence so you'll get notice more by the community.

Okex used to own coinall - now when you email okex support they tell you they are not coinall and to contact them direct

Simple way to prove these claims - log into to coinall and see all the wallets which have been banned from withdrawing

Email coinall and they say it’s just maintainace - maintaince for 7 weeks now

If you guys can’t be bothered to check these claims don’t post when you get scammed
Wow, that's really bullshit. All wallets out of maintenance for 7 weeks just like that without a single reason? This is why I have a cynical view toward big exchange 'little project' because they just ride on big name and can easily pull out, wash their hand with lousy excuse 'we don't own that project anymore'.
Really wow. Such big maintenance looks similar to the case of Livecoin maintenance. The Livecoin team has decided to temporarily suspend the wallet of X coin and their forum account has been painted to red by the DT. The similar patterns lead to the same destination, unfortunately.

This is been really worst experience from top exchange like coinall. There are a lot of exit scam nowadays in crypto industry I think it's one of them. Sorry to see this from you.By the way for me if you wanna store your bigger fund you must store them an offline wallet or even if you going to withdraw your money which is quiet heavy amount must complete kyc then withdraw. It's also another lesson for all.

There are alot of exit scam in the crypto space, and none should atleast be new to us.
It is up to all of us to be careful and never store our wealths on crypto currency exchanges.

Is there a misunderstanding here? Coinall is an exchange associated with Okex exchange, you can even use Okex's account to log in to Coinall. If coinall is really scam I would be very worried about my Okex account, I hope not because Okex is a big exchange.
You are right, we can use Coinall account to login to OKex. But what confused me was that OP sent an email to OKex, and Okex answered that they had nothing to do with Coinall. There is something shady here that makes us worry about this exchange

indeed there is something isnt right on here   . how the heck he can even use okex credentials on coinall when okex said they arent related  ?  or maybe he only use same login details on both exchanges  ( same register details  )    .

okex is a known exchange so far but i dont know bout this coinall   . better if we not fully give our trust until accusiations have been cleared out     .  this reminds me of other new exchanges that appear lately and users were also accusing them for possible fraud  .

Now ignoring emails !

Stay away from coinall and remove coins ASAP - I notice the number of tokens you cannot withdraw from has increased !

How can we get this news out so others do not get scammed

May I suggest to the OP to open an accusations in this board: Scam Accusations and let's see if they are going to respond from it. Another advantage is that it will have a good exposure in this community and obviously giving everyone a fair warning. You just have to prepare all your proofs, (screenshots, conversations).

If you are going to just post it here, might be buried from the countless threads popping in this board.
this is a wise solution. because in Cryptocurrency the amount of coins in the wallet is very difficult to manipulate, but if it has coupled an Exchange, then the loss of assets can be a result of hacking. I'm afraid your account has been hacked. Because coinall is a standard exchange that has been widely used and the type of coins you store is a new type of coin. So maybe there is a little technical error here.

i hope that you are not right about this , i participated some time ago in the TEM signature bounty , and after that i choose to double the reward by locking them , so this year they should send around 1200$ worth of TEM to the Coinall exchange , which i doubt anyway
It is a good choice for the TEM campaign. Its price remains stable from last year until the present. But now coinall is having some problems, they have blocked most withdrawals at the exchange and TEM is also affected, hopefully they can fix as soon as possible.

That's really a lot of money that is at stake here. If by chance that this exchange is exit scamming, then there's a possibility that another dump would happen just like what happened last month. But I doubt it would happen soon. Let's anticipate this thread for now and we might learn something that would help us decide in the upcoming months. Who knows, this might be the next plustoken scam dump.

Coinall is not popular, why use such exchanges that aren't popular? They are very dangerous, popular exchanges are very reliable, I don't know why people don't listen to warnings in crypto space

It is not about being a popular exchange but about being credible and trustworthy, before now, coinall was a decent exchange even it is not very popular among crypto communities, and being in partner with Okex exchange gave them some level of trust since Okex is one of very known exchange,  although, it is difficult to really consider it a scam attempt but not saying anything makes them look suspicious, I guess it is same behaviour with any exchange who wants to exit scam.
They have never been a reliable exchange in this market, they are Okex's partners but their exchange is a lot smaller than OKex. I have used this exchange several times but to be honest this is the most shit exchange I have ever used. Most trading pairs use bot trading to fake volume
