Who is Pascal Reid and Michell Abner Espinoza ?
http://krebsonsecurity.com/2014/02/florida-targets-high-dollar-bitcoin-exchangers/

Cut the crap be transparent for once

They are, apparently, two people who got arrested in Florida for selling/buying BTC on LocalBitcoins. It's pretty stupid to sell to or buy from anyone who says they are going to use them for illegal activity. That's obviously a trap, dontcha think?

Regardless, they are not related to our organization in any way, shape, or form, so what is your point?

Why are you trying to link us to a couple idiots who sold coins to obvious undercover agents? "Be transparent"?!?! What the hell does this case have to do with CoinBet???!!?

Alan, seriously, is $2,500 so much money to you that it's worth coming up with outlandish excuses and stories to steal it? Do you really need the money that bad? Come on man. Get real here.

Cut the crap be transparent for once, I'm going to publish these western unions out of Hollywood Florida just so that people are aware and not entrapped into a box with a rattlesnake.  The only reason we are sitting here exposing this cron job as we speak is the fact we followed the law and reported prior to even knowing the full situation unfolding.

Sure, I just want to bet tonight!

Also, what the minimum withdrawal on the site?

Depends on the method, but if its BTC we will allow any amount, we just prefer to keep it at $100+ equivalent.

aksplace took money from coinbet?

aksplace, what are you talking about? you think coinbet is with law enforcement or something?

Yes, he essentially extorted us by offering to write positive reviews on his website if we paid him, while implying that he'd do the opposite if we did not pay him. Then, once he was paid, he came up with some ridiculous excuse that he can't work with us because some federal agents anonymously called him and told him we were "under investigation." As if federal agents would call Alan and tip him off to an investigation, lol.

Then, after all that, he suddenly stopped communicating with us, insisting that his "legal counsel" advised him to only communicate via email, instead of phone, text, etc. (obviously more bullshit), until this post, where he's obviously implying that we are working with the NSA or the state of Florida, neither of which are the entities that even investigate anything to do with online gambling anyway. The guy can't even get his government bodies straight!

Obviously he's just trying to come up with a good enough lie figuring he can scare us off while he walks away with our money.

Nice scam, just not well thought out. Plenty of people told us he'd pull some scam like this too, we didn't listen. Probably should've, but we figured paying him was at least worth the SEO benefit.

For the record: We are not working with, or for, any form of LEO and never have. I think it's pathetic that we even have to say that.

Law enforcement investigators are specifically trained to get people who don't want to talk to them to open up and talk with them anyway (water boarding for example). The U.S. Supreme Court allows police, federal agents and criminal investigators to trick, lie and deceive during the course of their investigations to get the information they want.

Here are some questions I would ask John.

1. Are you located in Florida
2. Are you working with the NSA and/or State Of Florida
3. Are you familiar with LocalBitcoins and regarding what
4. Entrapment is not covered under protection grounds so why are you entrapping registered organizations?
5. Will you share the payment information you sent to Bitcoin Casino Pro

Anyone that needs legal counsel I recommend

1. Nope. Nice place to travel to though!
2. No, of course not.
3. Yes, of course we are familiar with them, but we do not use them.
4. What the hell are you talking about?
5. Personal information is not something we'd share publicly for obvious reasons.

Now, what I would love to ask you is this...

Will you be returning the money you took from us?

I will hunt you down and will find a certain way to prove your scam! Btw, if you open a self-moderated thread, I will open one myself and I will post there all the bullshit about you.

Yea, that's exactly my point and you just admitted it. You have no evidence to back up your claims, they are completely factually incorrect and baseless. You are just hoping you'll find some sort of evidence in the future. Until then, you'll make it up as you go. Got it!

There are some people on this forum that actually believe your casino is legit.

Yep, that's because IT IS!

The only reason I keep doing this is because I know you are a scammer and I dont like scammers. Just because your website looks decent, it doesn't mean it has anything legal in it. I bet even the design is stolen.
If you have proof of gambling license and software license, share them. Or you need time to make them in photoshop?
Cowboy Town doesn't count as licensing jurisdiction.

But the reason you keep sending me to your email is because you don't even know where your license is. Because you have no license and no certifications. You use pirated software licensed in Cowboy Town.

Just so we're clear. Every few hours for the next 30 days I will post on this forum all your bullshit over and over again until you will provide me proof of license and that your software is certified and you have legal documents for both license and software.

You don't know that we are scammers because, for one, we are NOT scammers. You're just making this up as you go. There's not one bit of proof that we've ever scammed anyone.

We have ZERO obligation to show you any licenses. You're not an enforcement body of any kind. You're just someone coming into our thread to cause problems.

There are some people on this forum that actually believe your casino is legit.
But since you don't want to show any proof to anybody, it means you have no legal documents and all activity there is illegal since you also accept real money payments.
And even so, you use games that you don't even know to which developer they belong.

I will hunt you down and will find a certain way to prove your scam! Btw, if you open a self-moderated thread, I will open one myself and I will post there all the bullshit about you.

You can easily shut me down by showing legal documents for the gambling license and software. That's all I'm after!

Still no details where did you get your license, no license ID, no software documents, no certification, nothing.
Not even a provably fair solution.

coinbet.cc, licensed in Cowboy Town . How's weather there? Is it sunny?

I've told you how to go about finding out more details about our licenses, but unfortunately you'd rather bash us in this thread than actually seek out any real information. I think that speaks volumes about your real intentions. You have no interest in actually verifying anything, you just want to make accusations.

More blah blah blah...

We are licensed and our license is legitimate. If you have questions about it, you're more than welcome to email [email protected] or even call our support line to speak with someone about it in detail.

As far as your other claims...

Our bonuses work fine (many people use them daily) but you have to actually go to the 'bonuses' tab to claim them, since some people don't want to use them due to the rollover requirements for cashing out bonus funds. We leave it up to the player to decide if they want to take a bonus or not and our players appreciate this.

Skrill/Moneybookers (same company now) deposits work fine as well. We have people using these methods daily as well. Obviously it doesn't work for every player since Skrill has some tight regulations about who they work with, what countries, etc. All deposit methods, aside from bitcoin, are handled by the company that provides the service. If they deny you, we can't help that, but we offer plenty of other deposit methods as well.

No one "stole" 0.01 BTC from you. You are more than welcome to email [email protected] with your TXID if a specific deposit needs to be traced. As I said, some exchanges split up or combine smaller deposits to save money on transaction costs, but any bitcoin user knows that and if you legitimately made a deposit, you'd have no problem emailing us for help locating it. This is not a problem with our system - this is something that happens everywhere. It's not that hard to email support and provide the TXID to have the problem rectified in about 30 seconds.
