You are very general in your post and take all Curacao licensed bookmakers under one - which I don't understand.
It is more than fair if a customer have an issue with a bookmaker, then customer can post their experience and the bookmaker can give their answer.
To your claim that no Curacao licensed bookmaker pay out big winnings, I have to say that we do pay out all winnings!

I haven't used coinbet24 recently, my last deposit/withdrawal was one and a half year ago but from what i've experienced they don't pay out that fast takes a few to several hours for withdrawals to get processed similar to nitrogenports. Can't confirm if the waiting time is still the same, they probably process withdrawals manually. Edit : made a small edit

It is like most shitcoins are claiming themselves as the best one or the most secured one. This types of non proven promotions are actually working in negative way rather than how it is supposed to be. Took up to 24 hours for withdraws in the 250 mBTC to 500 mBTC range, but this was over a year ago.

It is not legal everywhere. Most online casinos for example do not accept players from the US. When you win big they'll likely to ask you questions about your proof of residence. If they find out that you reside in the US, you won't get your winnings.
Unofficial (not government backed) casinos are also banned in Turkey. This time your problem is the government. If they find you sending money outside of the country to play in foreign casinos, they'll punish you.
