I think you do have to go to the bounty.coindash.io to claim my bounty. Just sign up in the bounty thread and submit your basic information. And wait to be approved.
TWITTER ISSUE - The Twitter API is restricting the number of times an application can make a call for stats. Having a lot of participants with many retweets, the Twitter app occasionally returns Error messages and needs to recount, that is why some of you are not seeing your real record. I have joined the twitter campaign and been retweeting it since the beginning and of course it had been over 25 retweets but I still can't claim my 25 STARS, when I click claim it says "First follow our twitter account @coindashio and make 25 retweets" I've joined slack too.

Maybe there was information about when the ICO begins, why they can not announce the date, July will begin soon.
