I have my twitter count reached to 25 retweets from @coindash and claim successfully the bounty's equivalent stars. Counter worked fine for me even if it is updated once every 24hrs. And also, Take note that you can get the retweeted counted if you have retweeted the tweets (not retweeted ones) of @coindash. If u retweets the retweets, not counted.
