So final words from us too.

First of all a week has passed and many, including us at CoinDragon, have advised you to go to an independent third party with your claim and you haven't..
Instead you send mails "threatening" to publish on Bitcointalk. Well not to be picky but you're already posting on Bitcointalk aren't you... Wink

Violating the rules is against the T&Cs, end of story.

However we'd like to thank you for two things.
First for us verifying that our fraud detection system works as it should, but also allowing us to do improvements to it after your specific case.
Secondly, you are actually right that we took to long handling this issue! The case of using ALTs to try and fraud and exploit us was quite evident at an early stage, we should have been more direct and clear in our communication to you around this. We'll be sure to improve our handling should we ever (hopefully not!) need to adress a fraud case again.

*stay safe, wash hands!*

It is really disturbing that you think you have the right to confiscate a players funds because you suspect him of 'fraud'. You have no right to keep his deposit, no matter what BS you write in you terms.

New players should think long and hard before depositing here, as you can see what can happen to your money. You may very well lose it at the whim of the owner. Unfortunately the crypto world is full of scams like this - Hard pass from me.

Right not a good one to see since for sure many people will doubt to play since those decision can be manipulated so I think its enough to ban all the accounts of the person who caught cheating and return their money since by this for sure they will not do this abusing act again.

There's no good on holding those things up so best for OP to impose a not so harsh counteraction.

Final words

@xvids & @ TravelMug. I have never said that it is ok to violate rules, please read carefully what I had wrote ‘Violating rules of a game is not an illegal activity‘, which is a fact; violating rules is not illegal -> I wrote it for the purpose to show how the site alters their understating of facts. I have never admitted that I violated rules; I have not done so! The end.

I was so nice to ask them to return my coins as well as asked them here and via email to provide findings of their investigation/evidence of my wrongdoing. Please see attached what they replied. Just a generic email singing the same song with of course no evidence provided.

Also, they confiscated my crypto on 30.03 which is 4 days before they finalized their investigation on 03.04 Cheesy so this is another fact with which they shit themselves on their foot with Cheesy.

Moving the discussion to Scam Accusations page and will check what is askgamblers, if I see value add, I will also continue there.

I felt like I needed to share my experience here to warn anyone still playing there.

Even if this were true, you have no right to keep his deposit.
But it's already written in the T&C at the moment (I don't know if this confiscation policy was made since it was added recently).
Thats the thing if its been altered before the incident happen.

Does it really count if those alts havent been used and just focus on the last account he had made? unless if theres abuse that had been spotted then
its understandable on such lockdown.
I think the fact that having plenty of account is against their rules then each and every player should respect it because they agreed to the T&C when they sign up on the site.
This is why we need to read the T&C of every site that we use and understand it clearly to avoid having an issue.
And it shows that the T&C are made on March 16 2020 the issue was recently and here is the T&C that he violated.
3.5.   You are allowed to have only one Account. If you attempt to open more than one Account, all of your Accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any cryptocurrencies credited to your Account/s may be frozen and returned or confiscated depending on the outcome of our investigation.
And they could return it to the player depending on the outcome so I think there is still a chance that the money could be returned to the owner.

Violation is a violation and the site does really have the right to hold the funds and you are right that it is really important to read up first sites terms and condition before tending to make any actions.
I highly believe that most sites nowadays do really have that kind of rule towards multi-accounting.If that person above had committed such violation then theres no other choice but to take this as a lesson learn for him.

A lesson must be learned from this mistake and the only thing needed for the affected person is to ask for forgiveness and tell the owner to return the funds to him since if he do a harsh action towards the site well this will be a long discussion and people will not believe any of those since he violate the rules in the first place.

Just FYI. Fraud and abuse are illegal activities, such as faking IDs or printing money on printer at home. Violating rules of a game is not an illegal activity Cheesy

Violating the rules is very much against the T&Cs and that is what you've done using multiple accounts trying to fraud and exploit our service.

You are absolutely right, and I'd like to take this opportunity to state once more that it's not only due to multiple accounts that the user was blocked but the fact that the user was using these to try to exploit and fraud us.

[.. snip..]

I suggest you open a thread in this board, Scam Accusations. That is the proper board, instead of derailing their thread here.

Just be sure to follow the format when you open the thread. One advantage is that many users, who have experienced or have seen this kind of accusations can give their thoughts and to weigh-in all evidences.

I'm not taking sides here, but it looks like you have a weak case. You admitted that "Violating rules of a game is not an illegal activity", which to me is very shady to begin with.

Thank you and we have already advised the user and this forum that we will cooperate fully with askgamblers who can independently look into this accusation if the user should like to proceed with that.

Sorry for not answering all your comments but would be a very long thread in the wrong place.
Thank you so much for all your engagement be it supporting or questioning, doesn't matter. The important thing is that the community is active and helping each other out!

Be aware that we do not take fraud and exploitation attempts lightly and will never take the measures which we have taken in this case unless we are absolutely certain of our case. Therefor we will gladly cooperate with an independent third party should the user press the matter, as all data is already there.

Stay safe all (and wash hands!)

Someone with a brand new profile claiming to innocently getting his withdraw refused while refusing to provide proper evidence or opening a scam accusation thread
The account cannot be accessed because it has been locked so the accused can't provide evidence that strongly supports. If it follows the procedure, the accuser should provide evidences first that this account is alt, so the accused will make a defense. While the investigation is still underway (which in my opinion is rather long for one case) since March 28 last (based on screen capture).

Base on your print screens they have provided an answer on which T&C you have violated.
And this reasoning of yours is way too funny for me.
You are telling us that it is okay to violate the rules of a game and it wouldn't count as illegal activity?
You are talking about gambling here not just a silly ordinary game it is their business they are putting up some investment to run it.

There must be a misunderstanding on your part of me having multiple accounts.

I asked you via email to share with me the finding of your investigation, which you have not done yet. You just arbitrarily closed my account and confiscated crypto. Again, please share with me findings of your investigation to my email address.

Again, please excuse my last email, I was quite unhappy as you can imagine.

Let's see what we have here:

  • A 2 month old casino with no previous track record of scamming anyone
  • Someone with a brand new profile claiming to innocently getting his withdraw refused while refusing to provide proper evidence or opening a scam accusation thread
  • The casino admin giving some clues as to what might have happened and offering to settle the dispute with an independent third party while protecting the players privacy
  • Some people jumping in to say this would be shady behaviour

Is it only me or does it look a tiny bit like the fingers are pointed in the wrong direction (if this is not some weird plot)?

The user created many alts in order to abuse and exploit our services and attempt to fraud us.
We have ample proof of this but as I'm sure the community understands we will not post it in this thread.
If Canada_1969 would like to pursue this matter we'd be very happy to cooperate in the investigation if handled by an independent party such as askgamblers.

I will update the original message to be clearer that it is a matter of abuse and fraud.

What exploit you do talk that the said user had committed? You should at least elaborate into the public by means of transparency.

This is my first time on hearing on confiscating its users money since it do have multiple accounts which isnt really a strong reason for you to do such act.

You should at least consider to block those alt accounts and ask him on what would be the account would be he using. This action is quite shady imho.

9.   End of story

This whole think is more for you, I will not play there anymore, maybe it is good 90%, but was definitely not good for me with as they confiscated my crypto without any real explanation.

But you still haven't given out a solid proof of your accusation because you still haven't uploaded any print screen that you mention.
