I just tried this site for the first time with the 100 bits I got from the faucet. I'm honestly not a big fan of the design/layout, but I like the name. I think it is catchy. It looks like there might be a problem with customer service by the looks of the last several comment here, but I personally didn't have any issues.

Completely ridiculous, I've seen somebody just lost .22 BTC due to the same issue I suffered, and guess what the admin never answered him either. I suggest everyone stay away from this scam site from now on
So your deposit is still not credited to your account? Have you tried to ask him using the contact form on the site?
Actually this site has a great future imo, but it has lack of supports. Its better for vit to hire some customer support services, so players no need to wait vit when there is a problem.
First the pending deposit never showed up in the history, then after about 72 confirmations I saw it in the history of my transactions, but it never credited to my account. And I am not the only one there are people in the chat that have the same problem. And yes I tried here, on the chat, and through the website support form. No response from anything.
Admin is likely to be away. I don't know why but i never encountered any problem. I was able to deposit/withdraw many times without issue and it was above .4BTC+

Admin is offline for 5 days and doesn't repond to tickets. I don't think that's acceptable for any gambling website.
Bad notice, i liked more coinichiwa but for have a good service, admincan have other people to support, because if have any problem, user see owner offline and don't play more
AFAIK this site is managed by vit alone without any admins, there are only some chat moderators. So if there is a problem about deposit and withdrawal players need to wait vit.

ANYBODY PLEASE ANSWER ME ! Admin, dev whatever please answer me , what is going on you guys don't check your site at all like literally at all. I guess my $7 is just gone because the site just literally stole it from me, I didn't even get to lose it gambling, I just straight up never got it. And guess what on the chat other people had this same exact problem !

Now the deposit is showing up in my history after 71 confirmations but it was NOT credited to my balance, if you need a picture of that I can show you too, its only 0.01508283 BTC but I don't like sending money somewhere and it getting lost in oblivion. Thank god I didn't send more, I can only imagine if I had sent .1 BTC or more I would be so pissed, customer service needs to be much better . Assuming you're talking about the ~5 BTC withdraw - that exceeded the hot wallet. Processing it in a minute or two.

No worries. And I have to admit that the default "down for maintenance" message indeed sounds more like a scheduled downtime. Should change that
