This is not the right place for an ICO announcement and as of this moment still this site can’t be reached theworldslottery.com’s server IP address could not be found. and 404 error. You should have fix it before posting.
Is this site gone away already? I cant acces it anymore, Error 404. The OP is also gone away already IMO, as last active was 4 days ago. It seems that it is a failed project already, the concept is basically not bad at all but the execution is not good.
We see these failed attempts that try to lure people in with huge jackpots alot, they are just trying to collect some money before their topics gets crowded with a lot of negative attention and then they will just close the website and their topic will be dead within days, I'm assuming op wasn't successfull at all this time, but they probably will be back soon enough with the same concept and just a different looks on their website...

I think the site should be running and properly functioning before such at all. Generating traffic where a site is not totally ready can further collapse the site because of the influx of visitors on the site.

A line you could see at bootstrap template which is commonly seen on the internet for free. Not saying that using a template is bad or anything. Well, the could have made a better plan and a could have done good promotion before the launch. This could have got him better usage, and now the site being down gets users away even though it has got some favourite games of players around the forum. The initial success defines the success, so first outlook should attract the community.

From the first look at the site, it seems that a college student has developed such a site with a lot of room for improvements.
$1M jackpot is just a nonsense but still many be attracted towards it because of their own greed. I think soon you will see this site in the queue of scams website. Still if anyone want to invest in it, then invest at your own risk.
