What are you trying to get here? To lotto or the ico because both of these things sure need some adoption to make it bigger. Do you even think that your site is going to work like FOMO3D? May be there is only one time for player to believe this site is exist but it is not going to work twice. And with your current site, giving such a big amount suddenly, it will never work, unless you can provide some of your sign message funds that you being kept
Excuse me if I do not believe that you have a weekly jackpot of 1 million dollars when you fail to present the website properly with a proper account and design. I mean could you possibly give out that much money if enough people join and play? Sure why not if people give that much attention.
However, I will not believe on the weekly 1 million dollars until I see you give out couple million dollars couple weeks in a row, without that it looks like just a promise that is overreacted and will not ever come to light. The project is doubtfull and site design also look poor even in my view the site is more likely similar such as blog with plenty of empty banners and honestly i could not understand what language OP did use when he design this site because those language is not an english and i have looking around the site to change language setting but from the top to the bottom of page i could not able to find it

I dont think so, I think it is just a nunber to attract investors. Look at the website which is not designed well. A project offering huge amount of jackpot but unable to create a good website, must be a joke only. It shows how professional they are, I would prefer to stay away from this project.
An ICO gambling project, I really think this will not make it because of the bearish market and OP is not yet finished with his site how would investors get excited with it if you don't come prepared, I really think if you had resources to launch a legit gambling site then do so and make the transaction with bitcoin, Because I really think it is still crucial to launching your very own ICO right now because of the slow market pace in the crypto world, Well it is just an opinion and it is really up to you to make a decision.

You must be preferred don't rush to announce your project if you haven't prepared everything. I see that there is still a lot less prepared on your website, there are still some places that you should enter some content but you haven't prepared it. This will be an assessment of your project, so you should be able to understand the criticism that some people make.

Damn the timing is wrong as the site is still incomplete and it seems a newbie created your website, if this is a gambling site then it is on a losing side, not the way to create an ICO and it was posted on the wrong section, this is a gambling section not an ICO better move it there but before moving, make the site professionally looking.
The way this is going I doubt there will even be any lottery available in the future. And even if the lotteries are going to take place with this ki d of project and management they are never going to reach $1M in tokens sold even if they would have 1 year available, but what about $3M for all lotteries.

Obviously they aren't ready. "First class business solutions since 1995" but still haven't found a way to make a complete working website. Makes the company look like it was run by a teenager in his basement.

A Jackpot of 1m? Wow. Why do I think you're lying or something. How do you know that you're going to have that much money involved? As lotteries don't know how many people are going to buy tickets and fund the lottery prize.
Are you going to have a company audit your lottery, or is there a chance that it could be rigged?
Why give people the chance to play for free? Seems like a way to lose more money.
