Today I received a letter from them "You can withdraw the deposited sum only."
~

This is a typical response from 1xBET and their affiliates (clones). Consider yourself fortunate this time, but in the future, make sure you dig a bit deeper before jumping into any casino. My advice: steer clear of anything even remotely linked to the 1xBET brand.

Today I received a letter from them "You can withdraw the deposited sum only.", when I entered the account, I saw 9140.24 trx on the balance. They returned all the deposits, and when I was kicked out of the account, there were 8638 TRX on the account) I don't know what affected them, apparently my appeals.

you were very lucky that they responded to you and that they returned you and your entire deposit, in this forum they stopped responding, but they continue to respond here:

https://casino.guru/coinplay-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reviews

they are responding on casino.guro because they know that if casino.guro puts them as a scam it would affect them a lot in the search for new customers, whereas in this forum they have already been confirmed as a scam. so it affected them a lot when it comes to reputation and getting clients. they probably answered you because they expect you to continue playing and besides, the fact that you complained about them on the internet and then came to say that they answered you and solved your problem could make other people start to think that they are not a scam, so in my opinion this is a strategy on their part.

they expect you to play at their casino again, now if you go back to play at their casino then don't be surprised if the next time they withhold your funds and charge you with things like too many accounts because that kind of charge they know you don't you will have to prove the opposite and no one can, they are the only ones who can, and of course with that they can close your account without looking like they are a scam, this is the modern scam used by casinos, be aware of this and do not use casinos strangers, you should always research a lot before using a casino and never run to put a lot of money in a casino, start with 10$, play and if you win withdraw, when you see that it arrived in your account, deposit 30$ again, play and withdraw.

with this strategy and choosing an old and reliable casino you will avoid losing a lot of money, most people just run to put 500$ or 10,000$ in a new casino and that they didn't research, I wonder why rush to put a lot of money? because they don't do things calmly, take a lot of time doing research to use a good casino with a good reputation and put little money and gradually increase the amount they deposit to play. it costs nothing to do this

I don't know if he had seen this profile before he deposited and played at Coinplay or he found it after he have been scammed by the casino. If he has seen this profile before, where there is so much negative feedback, he should not have deposited in that casino.

I'm sure that he is not aware of it prior to depositing there's a notification of warning on that account he might have found Coinplay on other platforms where Coinplay banner is being displayed or there is someone promoting it on other platforms,
In finding a place to report what happened to him he sign up here and posted this accusation, he did the right thing when people search for Coinplay on the internet this topic will come out and this will warn gamblers that they should not play on Coinplay because of many unresolve issues.

Maybe there are still platforms, forums where there is their representative and he is active?I wrote a review on Trustpilot.

Coinplay casino already has a bad rep on this forum and their representative is no longer active here, so you will hardly get any response. But, although I cannot guarantee results, there are some steps you can take. Firstly, try posting your complaint on websites like AskGamblers or Casino.guru. They have a reputation for assisting gamblers facing issues with gambling sites, and you might get more responses there. Coinplay casino has a few unresolved complaints already, but even if you do not get a resolution or response, at least you can warn the wider gambling community and potentially lower their score on those platforms.

You already attached the link to their profile which means you already saw that big red trust feedback warning shouting to their account profile. Coinplay is known scammer here for not honoring the dispute which askgambler already rule out as valid issue agaist them instead they decided to abandon the forum and keep operating without fixing all their pending scam accusation here.

It’s too bad that you knew this forum after you get scammed or else you will avoid them if you are active here.

Anyhow, now the damage has been done, you have been scammed and nothing can be done to recover the amount. Writing the review at Trust Polit may save other people from playing at this casino (if they check the review before playing) but for you, it's a hard lesson learned.

If you googled coinplay review, you will not find there's an article pointed out if this casino is scam, similar like 1xbit. Remember this is Bitcointalk, not Gamblingtalk where Average Joe will not expect if gambling discussion in this forum is big and very useful.

I'm not surprised, though, if any of their scam history or story can't be found anywhere on the internet, as they spend a lot of the scammed money covering up the scam and hugely on promotion.

Here is the bitcoin forum, and everything relating to crypto is discussed on different boards. I'm not surprised if most people are not aware of the gambling side of the forum, but how do they only have to discover that their scam casino can also be reported here or that the reputation of such a casino could be checked here? Or let me just believe that they spend more time looking for solutions after they are scammed and bomb into this forum unexpectedly.

Sorry for your loss. You deposited your funds in a casino that is a proven scam casino. Coinplay representative is on this forum, but I don't see any signal that he can help you because he is already offline. Coinplay's forum account has a very bad reputation and their account is being tagged by DT members because all the allegations against them were proven.

They told me to write to the security service's email.I wrote and received an answer - "Access to our platform is closed for you, and your account has been canceled."I did not receive any evidence of violations, as well as my money that I deposited. Then the security service ignores my messages.
Unfortunately you have made your deposit on a proven scam casino. They won't tell you the reason for blocking the access of your account. But they will claim that it was done based on their terms. Perhaps, you aren't going to receive your withdrawal. FYI, Coinplay team doesn't even cooperate with the mediator. You may read their previous scamming story here:

Coinplay CONFISCATING 291mbtc of fair NBA winnings
Coinplay scammed me out of 1300 USDT

We already have three unresolved complaints I hope this is not another 1xbit, the representative is not active anymore no one will come down here and address the issue, there's a possibility that this is not the last one, I hope I'm wrong,  if OP plans to file a complaint on other platforms like ask gambler that will be a good idea, we should not be complacent so there will be no another victim.
We always remind everybody to only play at casinos with good reputations and active representatives here.

Which resources have their official representative?Where else can I go?

I saw your post on their ANN thread and you’ve been able to locate their representative here in the forum but I highly doubt that they will come in handy in this situation. Because as you can see they already have a negative reputation here in the forum with several negative tags and some flags opened against them so adding another scam accusation thread here in the forum will have little to no effect whatsoever on their reputation.

So I’ll suggest you take the matter to https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints and submit a complaint there providing as many evidence as you can to back up your claims and if they’re found guilty it might have an impact on them but as for this thread? Nah nothing is coming out from it.

I don't think that it matters, they are a scam website so I don't think it would matter if they were to reply here. The moment that they've asked for something just to withdraw your money out of their casino, you know then and there that you're already a victim of a scam. You writing a review on Trustpilot is enough for this kind of stuff. Hopefully you will learn to check on the forum for vouches on websites that involves crypto, saves you a lot of headaches.

You should have done some research on this forum before depositing your money on that casino. The casino is somewhat similar to 1xbit and anyone who deposits money on such casinos won't get anything even if they win the bets. I'm sorry for you, but I don't think that they will allow you to withdraw the money that you have won.

Be more careful next time because going with a casino site without proper research is like throwing your cash on fire in hope of getting the cash back, ah, you will get ash out of that cash and the fire will burn it cash paper into ash. The analogy might be funny, but that's a fact because the casinos that operate with such business are always doing this with their users and yet no one can stop them.

I would recommend you to learn about a casino and read reviews about it on this forum as well as on other sites, and you should at least search scam accusations of the casinos on this forum before depositing money into a casino. It's always said that prevention is better than cure, and it's always better to avoid fishy sites at any cost.

Here's their ANN thread[1] but i don't think it would do any kind of help replying/posting on their ann thread when their official representative is inactive.

You've mentioned the representative above in your thread, what are you asking for? the account was inactive since May, they will not reply your case.

It's funny how people realize the usefulness of research only after they have been scammed. From your post content, with the project name and profile here on Bitcoin Talk, I believe your lost funds were what triggered you to get information about the forum and create a scam accusation against them.

It could have been better if you had done a little background check on the Casino before entrusting them with your funds; it could have saved you this drama.
I don't think it's funny and this is not a drama.

Just accept the fact that you have really been scammed and move on, but take it as a lesson to always do research on casinos before you make your deposit; it will save you from unnecessary losses.

What happened:

I registered an account on 1.08.23.Number account is 657199543

Made 3 deposits of 1000 trx (77 USDT).I played at the casino (slots) for all three deposits.I lost everything.
I made about ten more deposits in the total amount of 6000 trx - (462 USDT).
The total amount of deposits was - 9000 TRX - (693 USDT).
I used this money to bet and play in casinos (slots). Also lost.

From the last ~1000 trx (77USDT) I won 8638 trx (665 USDT).
The total number of bets is > 200.
Bets were placed on FIFA (cyber sports where bots play) FIFA 23. 5x5. Superleague,FIFA 23. 4x4. England Championship,FIFA 23. 3x3. Conference League,FIFA 23. Europe League,FIFA 23. World Championship.
And for tennis WTA Monreal,WTA Washington,ATP Toronto.

The last bets were on FIFA 23. 4x4. England Championship, after I was kicked out of my account with the words "wrong username/ password".
They told me to write to the security service's email.I wrote and received an answer - "Access to our platform is closed for you, and your account has been canceled."I did not receive any evidence of violations, as well as my money that I deposited. Then the security service ignores my messages.

There were only deposits on the account, there were no money withdrawals. The account balance was 8638 trx with deposits of 9000 trx.I didn't withdraw anything, didn't win anything. My balance is 8638 trx, and the sum of all deposits is 9000 trx.
They didn't even give me back my deposited money.Just closed the account. This is a scam and a scam on their part.

If the official representatives do not solve my problem here, I will also file complaints to the licensee about Curacao and Askgamblers.
Beware of scammers, if you lose - they are interested in you.If you start winning, they will close your account and will not even give you your deposits.
