Unfortunately you aren't going to get any help from here. Coinplay team have done the same thing with other users before. You may check this scam accusation thread to have some idea about their fraudulent behaviour. BTW, didn't they return your deposit? Coinplay security team reserves the right to close players account, but they don't share the evidence of closing players account.
They did not refund the money I deposited. I think I have been scammed by Coinplay.

You may check this scam accusation thread to have some idea about their fraudulent behaviour. BTW, didn't they return your deposit? Too bad, this casino was found scam.

The representative already get many negative feedback and active flag, they also not active since the last month. Well I've check their social medias, they're active there, maybe this is the reason why you can choose to gamble on this casino.

I think it's only a small chance your problem would be solved.

The example above that brought up to you by coin_trader answer this statement of yours. There is always an ups and down on business like casino but most important is how they handle all the issue against them in the end.
They can handle cases and move forward to protect their reputation first. Then they can update their Terms of service to prevent similar cases in future if they still think their stance is solid and will no longer want pay for similar cases. I believe their reputation won't be damaged if they have point to reject such payment in their Terms of service.

It is not always true.

I saw some casinos run signature campaigns and after a few scam accusations, they run away and were no longer actively in Bitcointalk. We can not generalize that if a casino runs a high-paid and long-lasting signature campaign, they are good and non-scam casino. They can be a good or bad casino and how they handle cases will tell us about their reputation.

It's clear that they are now dodging the issue since they already stopped their long active signature campaign and their official bitcointalk account is inactive since April 13. It's either they will abandoned the forum promotion or they are just preparing necessary document to counter your case. Because paying you is the easiest way to deal the issue yet they let the issue escalated without any official statement from them.

Let's see if they will come back and choose between the easy or hard way on dealing with their issue. One thing is for sure, Your case is valid but we can’t do anything to recover it since coinplay doesn't care about their forum reputation.

Nope, there is a lot of same case like this in the past and the most notable casino that encounters dispute that ruined its reputation Betcoin which is now back again after clearing all the dispute that involves their casino. Even 1xbit reputation can be restore if they only fixed all the pending cases against them. Neutral trust is just inevitable on their trust history about the issue but this good compared to a negative trust plus active flag.

Coinplay has their own reason to not pay the user because they knew that they are right. It's not their intention to scam someone because this is their only active scam accusations that has a valid proof and the money involved is not even enough to make them bankrupt. It's all about pride and sticking to their principles are the reason why this issue escalated.

I don't think so. If they pay the user, the case will be resolved and their reputation will be gained. It's hard to say that their reputation will be like previously but they won't be called as scammers.

In addition, if they agree to pay the user, it means they will have to pay for similar cases in future if they don't change their ToS. It's hard to say because we don't have internal data from Coinpay to judge their conclusion and so far, only the user provided evidence that supports his case.

The case only can be resolved if Coinplay use meditators to check evidence from Coinplay and handle the case. So far, they are not ready to do this.

Coinplay, I give you until Saturday to reverse your decision and pay me out my fair NBA winnings. Or to agree to hand over the case to an independent investigator such as Askgamblers or Ecogra (you can choose which one). If you do neither of these 2 options then a flag will be created and a complaint will be filed at the Curacao Antillephone license, which I know has the best reputation out of all 4 license providers in Curacao, and they will take my complaint seriously.

I have bet on under on Creed 3 and John Wick 4 because I speculate that the regular movie goers might not be very enthusiastic about spending money to go to the movies because of the higher costs of living caused by inflation. Sounds like a good start, will be interesting to see how it develops. For the record I think you have a pretty robust selection of slots and table games.

Everything loaded a little bit faster today, which was nice. Managed to place a live e-sports bet in a pretty obscure league and won. Then when I went to withdraw, it was processed in about 15 minutes, so no complaints there. One small suggestion is the conversion rate from USD to the cashout coin could be improved just a little bit, that would be nice. I understand its easier to place bets in USD or EUR. Other than that and the slight delay in loading times I'd say your casino works well.

No posts here for the last 9 days, so I'll liven things up with my initial thoughts on Coinplay.

I'm giving it a try as we speak. I'm not sure if its a regional thing but the site seems to load a bit on the slow side (could be just because of where I am, but my local internet speed isn't too bad).

I'm impressed with the selection of sports, live betting options, and the slots/table games look well-stocked as well. Unfortunately sometimes I get a "No connection to remote server" message when trying to load a slots game -- seems like it has to do with the connection with the service provider.

The overall design of the site is decent and I'm happy that there's a dark mode option -- looks significantly better with it enabled I've noticed.

Will post the remainder of my review tomorrow.
