Overall, I can say that I liked the product:

Good selection of slots, normal providers
I like (very subjective, but still) that there is no Pragmatic and Evolution (in my opinion, these two companies - a disease of online gambling)
Quick deposit comes to balance.
There is a slider with background color switching
Localization is top and works with a lot of languages.

However, there are also disadvantages:

Balance is not updated in live-time (need to refresh the page)
In most slots is very expensive cost per spin (50 cents per spin - it's expensive)

What do you think, will they develop the product further, or leave it that way?
But truth be told, this is one of the few normal crypto-casinos. Coz the rest looks like they were made in 2010.

Scam, reset the winnings, put two bets, one lost, the other won, as a result, they blocked the account and gave the deposit, and the winnings were canceled, I do not advise you to play.   https://imgur.com/a/4PESXa9

Hi! Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team here. They will be able to help you and provide the information about your account.

Your idiots who sit in the security service, 1v1 behavior like 1xbet, 1xbit, and a bunch of other 1xbet clones that ignore and don't care about anything, don't bet here.

Coinplay, can you tell me why there is a big gap between the prices of BTC for Deposits and for Withdrawal? Why not use the same price for both so customers don't lose out on conversions?

And next to that, why does the customer have to bet in USD and why can't he just keep the balance in BTC? This would be much more preferable for me.

Hi! You can create a separate µBTC wallet in the 'Personal profile' section in your account:

Then you won't have to worry about the exchange rate Smiley

Okay, thanks. Good to know.

But before I dare to open an account I will await some more experiences from ohter users on here.

So i basicaly opened my account at coinplay yesterday.

Signing in was quit easy. Easy to navigate in different wallets and a lot of games.

I am usualy playing highstakes at bigger casinos but wanted to give a new casino a gamble.

Deposited 5k and wanted to play some live game from evolution. To my suprise none of the live games actualy worked. Everytime i placed a bet it got rejected. Quickly contacted there support which where very professional. They established a ticket to the support. (Still not fixed). I got somewhat tilted and wanted to cashout. Couldnt do that because of the 1;1 wager rule even tough i couldnt play the games i want.

So i bet the whole balance on parley icehockey match. Saw that flames was under 2-0 first period against wildz first period and tought that my parley lost. Went to bed and to my big suprise both capitals and flames won there match. Great jackpot win around 24k usd.

So i tested there withdrawal on ETH. Cashout 23k, to my big suprise it was processed within minutes.

My total experience rate:

User experience 4/5
Wallet options 5/5 (alot of coins to choose from)
Games 1/5 (live games evolution doesnt work)
Withdrawal 5/5 SUPER FAST

Will defintely come back, hope live games will work again soon:)

Hi, thanks for the detailed feedback! Sorry to hear some games weren't working, already passed it on to the rest of the team. Hope you enjoy playing on our website and discover many interesting games Smiley

Unfortunately, I have neither ability nor authority to discuss issues regarding player accounts here.
Coinplay team is promoting their casino in bitcointalk forum. Therefore, you should have the ability to provide an update about the issues here. The situation would be worse if you don't provide any official response about the accusations.
I think that's in order, not having to spill the details of a customer on the forum as that would be an infringement on the customers privacy rights. Like I noticed from the uploaded links to a picture regarding his issues. One that accuses Coinplay of email relativism and voiding of his account. Still, the email was covered and I think that's that's sort of detail the representative here don't wish to make public.
Else, discussing and having to answer questions on raised issues shouldn't be much of an issue.

About T&C similarities, i don't find it uncommon  for gambling companies not to have similar T&C. No matter the language or articulation, they often seem to arrive at the same goal or have same themes and even worst still, one that had to use or reference another company's software in its development.

Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com
Coinplay.com was partially built with some software used on 1xBet platform – that's why the website might have similar code and tools – but it's a separate project that works and develops independently. I apologize for not clearing it up right away.
You haven't clarified everything properly here. Let's assume, Coinplay has used the same software of 1xbet. But, what about the terms and conditions? Coinplay terms was similar to 1xbet terms (before the update). Both casinos affiliate page rules are same. Why there are a lot of connections if both casinos are operated independently?

I have many questions regarding this, if they are using a software that is from 1xbet that I interpret to be equal to 1xbit, does it not mean that they are fraudulent? I interpret that the casinos when they want to be authentic, use what they use, they will not have the intention of stagfaring. But if I see that when those casinos or that software that comes from those casinos are named, it does cause some fear or stop to study well what is happening, it may be that I am wrong, because I do not understand how the programming is that detail, but to have a well-established casino, the first thing you should do is get healthy and clarify all those questions.

Casino hired someone to represent themselves in bitcointalk. There are a few casinos that operate by themselves as well. Since they hire someone, it sometimes becomes quite hard to share such confidential info with their representative. I guess that's the reason why OP can't help here. nevertheless, I guess coinplay must consider this and allow the OP to share account-related info to solve some issues created from bitcoinbtalk; otherwise, it won't take long to destroy their reputation for no reason.

Hi! Again, the only points of contact who can provide info about any player account issues are our support and security teams.

Regarding 'Terms and Conditions' - I'll let you know as soon as I have some info.

Unfortunately, no official statements have been released concerning this issue yet, aside from what have was stated earlier by ops. even though I am one of those who have high interest in the alleged connection between both casinos since we know the reputation of the later and also know that coinplay is a new casino that is looking to build its reputation and image on this forum and outside which should be the major reason why they should try every possible best to handle every issue professionally and urgently to avoid casting doubt in the mind of potential clients.
Please be more patiently.

Communituly did find some evidence in code but I think two possibilities.

First possibility is they belong to same owner team.
Second possibility is they belong to different owner team but their casinos use a same software. Maybe CoinPlay bought that software from 1xbet casino.

If the second possibility is true, their team should prove it. That is so important because 1xbet is a scam casino and gamblers will not want to bet on CoinPlay if it belongs to same owner team from 1xbet.

You are very correct since ops are the representative of the casino in the forum, even though he does not have the technical ability to solve players' problems the highest he can do is to trigger the situation at the backend to the technical team to resolve the issue on time. And also ops did right to have directed the complainant to contact support but if he doesn't receive any quick answer from support, he can then reverse back here to push further, and then the forum member should have more reason to make an input into the issue.

@CoinPlay_official. Can you include the odds for one of the most exciting prospective boxing fights next year? This is Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia hehe.

Also, I can see that there are also odds for some of those good prospective fights for boxing and the UFC in the site like Deontay Wilder vs. Anthony Joshua, Wilder vs. Ruiz and Jon Jones vs. Francis Ngannou. It might be good to make them easier to find in the site, I reckon. Thank you.

Hello, thanks for the suggestion! I'll pass it on to our dev team.
