You might not be able to post images as a newbie but am pretty sure it should have come up with other ranked up users haven't quoted your post and a few users already did but, its still errored. This could possibly mean, you deleted the post on imgur or the link wasn't proper copied/altered though it looks okay. Perhaps you could come up with a better link.

Some casino requires to setup first the security option like email and sms verification before user can deposit or withdraw. His screenshot on the support looks like cut version or just a miscommunication on the support side. At first, I thought they are giving you generic reply for you pr attempt to withdraw and then I realized your issue is about your deposit. It’s probably your account IP address is already connected to existing account on there casino that cause for disabling your account for participation the casino. Do you use VPN while browsing the casino? You might turn it off because this might be the cause for your restriction.
