We don't have a certain support hours. Sometimes we work the normal 9-5, sometimes we burn the midnight oil. But we always try to resolve all customers email and issues within 12 hours.

if you play on btc it will be good Actually those were for BTC but for a very small amount, Victor can confirm that. I was trying to martingale on video-poker starting with 1k satoshi base bet and doubling it after every loss and It worked and I doubled my investment but than I got greedy started betting outrageously.

I tried blackjack on money mode and faced no problems, I played a few hands then I got bored because I don't really enjoy BJ. Playing Video Poker right now and getting quite good cards. Just hit 2 flush in a row and a straight.
