It seemed that the withdrawal is successful. It's just that the bitcoin network is slow on confirming that transaction. It's out of our control, so pllease give it more time, should be confirming soon.

I have the same issue. Sent around 0.87btc last night and it has many confirmations, but it's not credited to the account. I have sent an email but no word yet. They are usually very good at responding. Maybe there is some sort of glitch on the website that they are working through.
