I know for a fact they did not accurately represent the issue posted, I would go as far as to say they were incentivised to create an issue.

The post I have made in this thread are for the better of coinroyale(player input), Improvements that were desperately needed.
Unfortunately due to response I received from you and the attempts to take a community issue private I didn't participate in the leaderboard competition.

I can only speculate the actions of the "referral" and intentions, It didn't look good. I still expect an apology to the casino that was attacked as the damage, how ever little, was done.

The way I have communicated these issues is fair and community based. I could have easily took this to scam accusations for example.

I can settle for the no tolerance of future employees/referrals acting in such a way and will let it go now, still unsure what my decision is playing at coinroyale.

Actions like you infer are not condoned or tolerated and I do take issue with your suggestion that he was incentivized.   This was not an employee of ours and posted something to our forum without our pre-approval.   Suffice to say we won't be allowing referrals/future reps to post updates on our behalf without a more rigorous screening process nor do we tolerate current or prospective representatives to participate in other forums that are not part of a general discussion, community issue etc.   (all I wanted was a day off!  lol).

It's disappointing your "referral" has only posted on another casino's thread falsely claiming issues with the casino. I suggest they make an apology to that casino in both threads and the employees of coinroyale go back to providing a fair gambling experience.

I wasn't aware of his other postings and I certainly won't accuse him of making a false statement if he had a legitimate issue.  His only task was to familiarize himself with other sites and how the chat forums worked and to provide a simple tournament update for us when approved.  He is not a representative of CoinRoyale and has not been, nor will be, introduced as such.  That said, I will ask that he take down any posts so we can put this matter to bed.   Now, with respect, I'd like this board to get back on track with its purpose:  promotion updates, player ideas/input, and general discussion.   As always, if you have a specific question or concern, or want to know more about our VIP/Royalty program, feel free to contact us directly.

Are you happy with that answer Boat287?

Maybe have the "referral" make an apology also. I assume Victor doesn't know what you did.

and follow up with what we discussed in previous post.
FYI I'm a real gambler not a employee/referral of a casino.

If you have specific questions, we're happy to address them via the proper support channels and [email protected]
Regarding the post, he hadn't been formally introduced to the forum so I had him remove it and meant to post a new, fuller update on the tournament.

The latest contest had the easiest requirement compared to the past contests. The past contests were used to be with a minimum of few hundred bets and higher minimum wager requirement. The latest one is reduced, I believe it is due to the fact that there were less participants because of the high requirement. Now with the reduced requirement, there are much more participants.
By the way I would like to confirm that I received the prize from the contest, withdraw it and it was processed instantly as usual. Thank you Coinroyale, hope to see another contest in the near future.

i scored a little more than u in the contest, but notice all the top few winners had only about 50 hands or so. i did good to get 6th place with well over 700 hands. and u had over 800 hands. thats why u scored less and why i scored less than the top 5. it for some unknown reason i dont know, its way easier to score really high with very few hands. i know the last contest about 6-9 months ago i scored much closer to first. i think i played less hands in it. with more people possibly playing the contest that could also be why i was down to 6th when i did better than that in the previous contest.

It depends on the strategy we use, in the beginning I could get high winning percentage with less hands but less wagered amount. Those who have less number of hands are simply bet bigger amount than us in single bet. I prefer to use safe strategy with smaller bet amount but more hands because my starting balance is low so I had to maximize it. If I had bigger starting bankroll, I could have less number of hands as I can simply make 50 hands with 0.0001 per bet to meet the wagering requirement and then I can make some more bets in order to increase my winning percentage. All in all, it is a contest where we may win something or we may win nothing.

curious as to why u removed the post from another customer service rep about all the members getting paid their money from the contest?

He cant remove the post from other users because it is not a self-moderated thread. The one who deleted the post must be the one who posted it or deleted by mod. The one who posted about the members getting paid from the contest previously, is he customer service? How do you know that?

i also would suggest requiring more than just 50 hands on all future contests. all the people who scored way above me did the bare minimum number of hands because that somehow gives people a better chance for a much higher score. but it doesnt help the companies bottom line when customers are encouraged to play SMALLER AND LESS just to do better in the contest.

Hey Guys,

Had a referral post an update about the tournament while I sought to get a day off.  I wasn't happy with the post, so I had him remove it and I meant to redo it.  Won't happen again.
Regarding the tournament, yes we reduced the minimum requirement this time.. holiday fun... the more the merrier...wan't to mix it up.   We're hoping to introduce opt-in style tournaments so you can choose which entry requirements you are comfortable with in the future.

Hope you all had a great holiday despite the madness out there...here's to a better year...happy New Year!

i am wondering how many of the players on the leaderboard really understand the rules of the contest? i see more than one name on there with nowhere near the minimum number of bets or rounds higher up than me (my name isnt boat287 there) and they will drop off and move everyone else up 1 spot when the contest ends since they dont qualify.

which means if u are currently in like 9th for example, u might actually be in 6th

what i mean is i see someone with a high win then no more play and that doesnt count. now myself i think i played way too much. had i stopped all play when i was at 114 percent (and yes i had over 0.005 bet and over 50 rounds then) id still be much higher up than i am now. i cost myself a lot by not just not stopping all playing til the contest ended before i resumed playing my normal game.

ive avoided any issues like this by never ever accepting a bonus. i dont believe ANYONE should ever accept a bonus on ANY casinos website, u will sometimes be surprised by unknown terms and rules u arent expecting. just deposit bitcoin without a bonus and play, and u will be surprised how easily and quickly u can withdraw 100 percent of the winnings. ive played here for a long time and usually get them under 10 minutes. i would never take a bonus since i only play BJ and certainly couldnt win if i had to bet 700 times my deposit. especially if my bets were limited to 0.00015. would easily go broke long before i could bet that much. just dont take a bonus, and then u will love the site. once u start earnings rebates on your losses they wont have those terms and conditions.

its extremely easy to win money on the christmas promotion. they do this 2-3 times a year and i seem to always be in the money also theres no conditions to withdrawing the christmas promo winnings those can be cashed right out no playthrough requirements.

the main reason i love the site so much is the low minimum bets for BJ (about 5 cents USD the value of 0.000001 btc) and u can play 5 hands at once.

We are almost midway thru Casino Festivus!    Remember, all that is needed to qualify is Play a minimum of 50 rounds combined and wager a minimum of 0.005 BTC.... contest ends December 29!

It doesn't look good if you have terms that state you can confiscate yet write here they aren't enforced.

no game you offer clears a bonus at 35x
slots 70x
blackjack and poker 700x
other games don't contribute at all

My interest is not with your bonus offer but your leaderboard competition. But those terms look dirty and also the payment plan on big wins make me nervous.

In the event of a jackpot win of over 2 BTC, or a session profit of over 5 BTC, CoinRoyale reserves the right to pay out the winnings in monthly installments not exceeding 1 BTC per month.
so less than a bitcoin/month? what time frame/conditions is imagined in the scenario this rule is needed?

The only reason I posted my concern instead of ignoring your casino is how long you have been in business
