Hi Anders thank you for responding, yeah I contacted support first and they have handled it it's just that I didn't realize that the email was in the spam folder and almost all emails from CoinRoyale are redirected to the spam folder so sometimes I miss some promos. Regarding my bet yeah I remember that it took more than 1 hour to complete, I don't know if that experience only works on Tennis matches or will work faster on soccer matches. I started the last round late, 4 hours before the event ended if I remember it correctly. Was spending my time more with family in vacation, so I just played blindly but too bad lose all my balance before completing the wager requirement when the there was only less than an hour for the last round. Actually I can make a deposit to complete it but I always stick to my plan, once I lose my balance = stop no matter what is the result. However I still made profit here from the 1st and 2nd round, not big but enough to spend it for vacation lol.

My opinion about the latest tournament: - It was so short duration (1-2 days only per event), similar tournaments had longer duration in the past so players had more time to play.
- The breakdown of the prize is not that attractive to make people compete to each other because the prize difference between is so small especially for 2nd-5th winners.
Hopefully the new tournament will be much better both for the duration and prize breakdown.
