Players do not need to win all the bets to get 100% winning percentage as it is clearly explained how to calculate the winning percentage. Winning percentage can even more than 100%, just take a look at the previous tournaments there are some players with more than 100% winning percentage.
I do not know how to make you understand about it in a better way. Maybe others will tell you or victor will answer it with more details or example.

Yes, I really quite confused about it, let say if we bet 1 btc and have 1.1 payout that means we got 110% right? And if we bet 0.1 btc and get 1 btc payout that means it should be 1000%? Is this how we calculated it? In the end you should need to be profit to get into the leaderboard right? And it is accumulated for 150 games so I think this will be quite hard to aim big percentage. And btw is there any minimal amount to bet? People can use 100 sat to hit higher multiplier and get huge percentage right?

Theoretically what you say above could happen. Although with all the promotions we have run using this format we have yet to see anything even close to a 1000%. Most 1st place finishers generally come in around 130% range.

That is why there is minimum betting requirements of 150 rounds and 0.05 BTC wagered. So a player can not play just 1 round and have a sky high winning percentage.

I think so because he has clearly mentioned that he wants minimum 20 members to start this competition so he may not start if this condition not met.

This competition will start only from tomorrow if all conditions met - from 12:00AM PST Monday, March 26th, 2018 to Sunday, April 1st, 2018 11:59PM PST

So how about if there is not enough players but there is already some winners? Thisnis quite wasting if he really cancelled it

Do we need to wait for it? How many people sign up can increase till the last minutes of the tournament, cant it? Because there is no time limitation on the registration. I think it is also not about how many people are signing up, but it is more about how many people are qualified at the end of the tournament. It will be useless to see more than 20 sign up but less than 20 who are qualified. Correct me if I'm wrong
