I think its worth investing on Burst, IOTA and Ripple and hold it for two years.
I tried a similar strategy, although my dep was much less, invested in every order of $ 100. I bought cheap coins with the expectation of their growth, but most of them did not rise, and I sold them without earning them. Maybe it was not the best decision, but I could not stand it.
Which coins in particular are you talking about?

I would say Cardano on top of the list..is the most valuable project with a strong and valid team..
I am actually holding some ADA and i am pretty sure that the price will do at least a 2X in 2018.

Although they're cheap but the circulating and maximum supply is in Billions of coins and feels like it will never reach $1 in a single year. But it's a good investment though, no more good option but to hold them until time will come they're valued enough to makenyoi rich.

most of these coins mentioned in OP will be worth at least half their current value in a year from now because of how their supply is huge (such as Dogecoin and Bytecoin). that is their trend for years. they go lower and lower in long term, never recovering what they have lost.
i personally dislike long term holding of any altcoin but if you want to do it, at least do it with coins that have a big potential like WAVES, PIVX, GBYTE and maybe even IOTA.

The above mentioned coins are the top Altcoins that are priced even lower but the market capital is very high. People are eyeing this kind of investment style buy buying bulk coins which are cheaper than most top coins. And hold it until if you think you earned already good profits. So, in my personal view, those coins would be a mist invest while they're cheaper and maybe you'll regret one day.

Hodl till December 2018 is right thing to do in some coin. Have NGC plan to hodl till Dec. Is a good coin with future.
Good idea mate, i will try investing in this kind of strategy, i will search more altcoins and buy even 1 dollar each coin and hold for more than a year and i think i could get much higher income for this. Happy 2018 holding of coins my next year gives us good profit.
i do agree with you that coin and token under $1 can be HODL till the next year.. if only bitcoin rises more higher than it achieved this year.. this will make altcoins to be more prices then their original price. i do believe this will make other token and coin will grow up also.

Below is my list. Tell me which coins under $1 you will hold till the end of 2018. For me personally, I think investing $1000 each into these coins will bring a good ROI. I will want to check this thread next year by this time, so i will include there current prices, just to compare by the end of 2018.

Thats a good choice, i also looking for altcoin i hold for long period of time and these coins woild be listed in my choices, my plan is to hold 10 to 15 coins for next year and i would sell in on december 2018. Good list. I would add these to the list. Powr, Bat, KCS, Xem, CSNO. They can give you good ROI but only if bitcoin price keeps rising which I think it will.

Why do you require under $1, the price does not mean anything whether the project is good or not, it also depends on how many tokens are released.
