I don't know whether you are a product owner or just a talking head, but there's one thing that every project manager should know:

"if something can go wrong it will"

Instead of making self-exclusion extremely hard - just do as other casinos do, allow to self-exclude by contacting support or by special technical email.

If this is your point on how to make people tilted - ok, just admit it.
You are trying to pass your fault on others.
We have an automated system for self exclusion. You didn't follow the instructions or you couldn't resist yourself.

We'll see how casino.guru decide. I created complaint there. Hope your rating will be lower than 5 points and nobody will play there.

Ofc it's my fault, that your casino have technical errors.

Even today link you sent me is incorrect or invalid to confirm self-exclusion.

The only one who resist is you. If you would ban my account, you won't got negative review at trustpilot and complaint at casino.guru.

We have spent hours to find a possible bug. All is good from our side. OP may have messed up something and trying to blame us now.

So after cooling-off period, I played in that casino again. And in few hours followed that link but OOPS - doesn't work anymore. Another casino with technical glitches.

https://i.gyazo.com/54c711d6d94a3e71de713b1d2528a1fb.mp4
I don't know how it works but the video doesn't show you are logged in. By any chance, were you logged out? Why didn't you record the full screen?

The 2nd image doesn't show any date of the email. In the email, it says, if you don't follow the link within a few days, you have to follow the procedure once again. How do we know that you aren't sharing the actual truth?

What's the point of sharing not the truth? I won more there than lost at the moment.

The issue is that I CAN'T follow the procedure once again. Even if it took a few hours for that link to expire. And their useless support (having support that could be replaced by AI is normal for new casinos) talking about screenshots, etc. I would rather spend time on talking here, then helping them to fix their bugs for free. I'm not their QA.

Isn't that a scam? I successfully withdrew money there, and when I'll get a salary, I'll load big sums there and lose it because this is the way of gamblers. Read the complaint I provided as an example. This is the way they rip off gamblers. I never saw that in other crypto casinos, in most cases support can block if me, if no - I can write them through email and they'll block me later.

If you ask for my opinion. No, this is not a scam. This is just a technical issue that the casino should fix as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you have to try to stop yourself from gambling. I gamble, too. If you get your account blocked from one casino and you still want to gamble, you already know there are a bunch of others waiting for you. I am not supporting them. But it's not a scam.

I won't even talk if they had NO-KYC policy. But they asked me for ID and Selfie. So they CAN block my account. But their goal is to make me lose there.
If their goal is to make you lose, why would they block you? You just said they asked for KYC so that they can block you. Every casino on the market want their players to lose money and that's why they make profit. Right?

Closing player's account is the easiest thing to do. It doesn't require rocket-science and a bunch of code just to close a player's account. They got that function in their white-label whatsoever platform.

Well, from my experience in gambling in over 50 casinos, only shady casinos have issues with closing players' accounts. For example, Stake, BC.Game, Bitcasino and other big crypto casinos were able to block my account in a matter of minutes. Because they respect their players and care about reputation.

You have an option to not play so that you will lose your money. This case is not easy to resolved since how can you prove that you are not using this glitch as insurance for your lose bet.

So you self-exclude and manage to play again due to this technical glitch. This will give you an idea that if you will lose then you can file a complain about the self exclusion not working but if you win then you can walk away without a problem.

I'm not telling that you really take advantage on it but this is one of the possibility which casino can view your issue. Don't gamble if you can't control yourself.

When you tell support that you have a gambling addiction they should block you. This is the license rule. Same, as KYC rules. Casinos should follow all of the rules, not a few ones.

I tried to self-exclude right after winning - didn't work out. I played again and won. Tried to self-exclude again. Didn't work out. Now in a few days, I'm trying to do that again. I know where it goes. As I have wide gambling experience.

Don't gamble if you can't control yourself. - I got it, you are not a gambler. Don't give any tips to us, gamblers if you are not aware of what is gambling at all.

So, you decided to create a scam accusation thread?
I thought the definition of a scam was something else. I thought players create scam accusation only if some platform confiscate their winnings and deposits or freeze their accounts. You can clearly see that they have a technical error and may need some time to fix it. But you are creating a scam accusation thread instead of cooperating with them. For now, try to stay away if possible and create another ticket requesting to close your account. I hope they will take care of it. @Little Mouse may be able to help you as well. Try contacting him.

Another new crypto casino, where each player should be QA and report bugs to them.

Casinos topic - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinsgame-the-most-rewarding-crypto-casino-sportsbook-casino-5465749

This scam accusation was created because the casino won't close an account due to gambling addiction. It extremely hurts players like me. Because If I have a successful withdrawal in a casino, I'll dep there big sums soon and lose them.

So this is their tactic - nobody can be self-excluded from their casinos. Why I think this is SCAM and huge RED FLAG:

1) Their statement that you can self-exclude by yourself:

https://i.gyazo.com/3b7793e99103f4d3064996f678dbfcb6.png

2) You have that option but only for 24 hours - if you want more, you should wait that period and follow the link in the email. It looks like:

https://i.gyazo.com/c26b0c33899f2d53636ffd1736b04b05.png

So after cooling-off period, I played in that casino again. And in few hours followed that link but OOPS - doesn't work anymore. Another casino with technical glitches.

https://i.gyazo.com/54c711d6d94a3e71de713b1d2528a1fb.mp4

3) Their tech support (not ordinary support) told that it'll be fixed in few days. In a few days, I can't confirm even 24-hours cooling-off period:

https://i.gyazo.com/84606414ba7d9296e5ca69cfb50f6523.png

So in the casino's opinion, I should give a damn about my self-exclusion and help them to do everything to fix that.

For people who telling that this is not scam. IT IS SCAM, just look for some guy's complaining about same issue. But he lost his money already:
