Me too, its been so long time since my last play here, I do not even take their bonuses they sent by email many times.
I'm surprised that there is still someone from this forum who is still actively playing at Coins.game such as dimonstration but it is good to hear that he experiences no issue at all.

Although your withdrawals can be considered as small amount but it is good to see that they are still processing your withdrawal request.
If you have another chance, maybe you may try to build you balance from the free money bigger (of course luck is needed) then you may try to request bigger amount from the free money (lets say $100).
I have not visited this site for months already due to their inactivity in this forum as well as due to their lack of response to those who experienced an issue.
Frankly, I'm still hoping them to come back here and resolve all the available issues (if any).

Of course a good casino may try to investigate the case and if the support is the one who made the mistake then the players should not be the one to take the effect (blocked/banned).
However, when it comes to bad casino, high possibility that the casino will not care about it although the support is the one to be blamed due to wrong information.
