This shit is always painful - I have had just one delayed withdrawal request in the past but since it wasn’t up to your amount I didn’t feel anything.

If they keep doing this type of thing (delaying withdrawal requests) I think it would be better if a thread is created against them in the reputation board so that others would be aware of the situation they are about to enter. Because I don’t think I’ll be happy to use a site that always wants to delay my withdrawal request each time I try to withdraw a large amount from their site. And just like you said, not everyone would be patient enough for them to verify whatever it is that they want to verify. - some might just want to continue gambling since they still have balance in their account.

Having a multiple withdrawal delay is a sign that a casino is doing something shady like delayed withdrawal tactics since they knew that gambler has the tendency to loss patience and gamble all the money when they are tired of waiting.

The sad part on your case is you fall victim with this kind of scheme. Support should resolve issue after their given time period or else they should just release your funds if there’s nothing wrong on how you earn your profit.

This is a lesson learned for all of us here to avoid this casino for now.

You are right about the complaints against Coins.game. Their rating is alarming on CasinoGuru. Perhaps, they have asked you to complete the verification as you won a good amount from the free bonus. In that case, you should receive your withdrawal after completing the KYC verification successfully. I would like to suggest you to not play with the balance until your KYC verification become successful. I’m always participating on coins.game promotion before because my personal manager keeps sending me codes and different promotion but I never done KYC.

It’s true that it’s not related to the amount in general since I withdraw much higher amount without KYC until now. I think the KYC was triggered because you manage to win big amount from their promotion.

I thought your withdrawal is from a regular profit using your balance when you PM me. I think they are trying to investigate your account due to your profit using the bonus.
