Sharing my last couple of days game history on this casino. I’m on a good run so far and just hit a little bump yesterday when I lose on a not so good blackjack run. The casino become laggy yesterday that makes me tilted and lose the game. And also the delay on crediting my PHP deposit adds up to the laggyness that makes me not in good shape to play. I decided to stop playing immediately after I hit the 100$ stop loss on my bankroll.

Based on similar situation in other casinos where the prize is in a form of physical item, there are always 2 possibilities.
1st possibility is the casino allow the players to exchange the physical prize into credit or money, and the 2nd possibility is the casino do not allow it which means that the winner should give the address to receive the prize.
I have no idea about the term in coins.game about this physical prize but I guess they are friendly enough so I think the winner can ask to exchange the physical prize into money.

Other games works flawlessly to be honest. I never encountered any delay or lags on both slot games and live games of coins.game which is impressive. It seems like the server of your casino is a bit slow. I'm also facing delays on the in-house Blackjack game on your casino. The issue isn't from my internet service as I'm not facing lags on other casino while playing BlackJack or other games. One more important thing, kindly mention the House Edge or RTP of the in-house games in the description for the transparency.

I’m always encountering this whenever I’m playing games and doing a quick game play. I reported this already to the support but they give me the same feedback as Denis did above. I’m not sure at first what really happened and assume it might be on my end but reading same experience to other user makes me think that theirs really a problem on the house game server since it can’t handle high traffic or fast phase game.

Once that logo appear. It’s very hard to refresh the website for couple of minutes tho.

It's a bit unusual. I have checked them all and asked one of my colleagues to check out if there's anything unusual. He also reported to me that everything is working fine.  I have asked the respetive team to have a look.

Thanks for the prompt reply denis! Also I want to report a bug I experienced on playing blackjack house game. The game end even though I still didn’t click stand nor hit while my card is just 15. It happened after I click hit that makes my card count 15 then the website becomes unresponsive.

This happened when the bonus code was announced on telegram channel that possibly makes the website busy. I try to verify the result but I don’t know how to check the final result details except for the lose result.
I will check this. In the meantime, can you please contact the support in regards to this issue?

Most of the users will be confused as the way they are showing the progress percentages and wagering statistics. The best thing would be to not show the wagering statistics below the progress percentages for avoiding the confusions.

I was confused as well when I saw it at the first time some time ago but I did not see it as a visual bug as I found the calculation just after I saw it for the first time when I went from rank 2 to rank 3.
I did not share it here because I think that the percentage progress is similar to the other casino where I play but showing showing it together with the wagering statistic which is counted from zero is not balanced with the progress percentage because it is not counted from zero.
So I have to agree that maybe coins.game can remove the wagering statistic or simply show the actual wagering starting from the newest rank with the wagering amount needed for the next rank.

Tbh I don’t count my total wager in the casino and only rely on the percentage on VIP page. This is my first time to encounter that percentage doesn’t match my total wager requirements. I have a good experience playing on this casino because of their daily spin that gives me a good reward per spin which I can convert on more profit when I gamble it.

The only thing I hope they should improve is the VIP benefits which all the rakeback is still being distribute on calendar. @Denis is there any news if this calendar will be revised on the future update?

@Denis coin, I think I found a display bug on the percentage of VIP level. I’m at VIP 6 with currently 25.5K wager volume while the VIP 7 wager requirements is 50k. The percentage should be around 50%+ completion rate instead of 38% which is currently shown on my VIP page.

Based on my current progress, I'm currently at 4th rank with $3465 wager and my current percentage progress to 5th rank shown at 23.25%
The requirement to reach 5th rank is $5k wager or $2k if started from the 4th rank because 3k is the requirement to reach the 4th rank.
Mathematically 23.25% from $2000 = $465 which is exactly the amount I have wagered since I reach the 4th rank (3465-3000).
Your case is the same of course, basically you need to wager $40k since you reached your 6th rank because you started it with 10k wager to reach the 6th rank.
Now you have 25,570, means that you have wagered 15,570 since you reached your 6th rank which is excatly 38.93% of 40k.

So it’s means the percentage is incorrect because they are showing my total wager in proportion to the required wager for that level as reference to the percentage shown above while they are using the current wager for that specific VIP level.
