The Casinos do a whole lot just to get engagements on social media. I think its just a way to get the attention of gamers because amongst everyone who comes across the comments, there are people who will be seeing the game brand for the first time and will want to check it out. I was confused when some user literally spam the comment section by tons of comment since there’s a rule about one comment per user to qualify yet I’m surprised when I check the winner has multiple entry too which violates their own rules.

What makes me curious to check the entry is their way to draw the result shown on the video of the winner announcement. I knew that they use a website that can scrape data on a certain social media post and draw a random user out of the comment section. This makes me conclude that some user knew how to take advantage on the contest due to their way of determining winners.

He is definitely suggesting a raffle type as method on choosing winner just using more transparent tool to do that. He is pertaining to https://bitcoindata.science/giveaway-manager/ which created by bitmover if I’m not mistaken. This tool is what LM use on one of his contest that in a form of raffle.

I’m skeptical that casino will use this kind of tool since it’s very hard to extract data from social media entry manually and insert it to the tool.

I actually encountered many issues on my Ipad device while gambling with Coins.game, while there’s no issue reported when I played with my pc and everything was good. Once I switched to an Ipad device many things weren’t the same. First of it, for example, when you are on Landscape mode you can’t access to any game or slots until switching to portrait mode, and when you switch between a mode to another by simply flipping my device around I get this error message which can’t be avoided:

I agree with you that the contest must be as most transparent as possible but do you have any better idea than a raffle to pick winners?

None of contest participants can manipulate Bitcoin block hash to win a raffle and it is secured enough to say no manipulation can be used with on chain raffle. The rest is some criteria in the contest like how many applications one participant is allowed to make and rules like "First comes, first serves", "No duplicate entries will be accepted"...

Hope coins.game can do something better for the drawing especially when it comes to a big reward like the iPhone.
Although it can be said as a free promotion where participants do not need to spend money to participate, but make it more transparent and fair will always be a better thing.
Maybe they can use the one which is being used by Little Mouse to draw the $15 winner of the crash contest, I think it is much more better way to draw a winner fairly.
Coming up to the multiple entries, I'm not really sure about the rules. But if it is 1 entry per user only, they should delete all the multiple entries first before the draw to make it 1 per user.

I also saw multiple entries not just in the iPhone raffle but also in the 5$ and 50$ draw every Tuesday. I already posted and ask this, that they provided a proof on how they draw the winner from 50$ draw but I saw many duplicate username on the sheet that suppose to be 1 slot per username. Most of the winner has more listed username on that Sheet.

So, as I've been reporting here, I made an account on the site over a year ago, made some deposits, used the VIP transfer program, which put me at level 6, placed bets, got some withdrawals, all within normal limits. .

But everything changed when I, luckily, was awarded a rain drop of 13,000 trx. When trying to withdraw, the site asked me to send a personal document. I did this, but after 4 days, the site simply confiscated my coins, blocked all types of bonuses and reset my level to 0, under the allegation that I was a bonus hunter.

But there is no clear rule on the site that states the characteristics of a bonus hunter, that is, it is under the site's decision-making power.

Come on, all the casinos work with house edge, that is, this gives them an advantage over us players. Just let it go and bet on any payout, the house will always win more than the player. When we bet, we assume the risk of losing, but when we win, the casino needs to accept it.

Denis has a point on his statement since your VIP comes from a special offer which is VIP transfer. If you are just taking advantage on the casino bonus then they have the right to remove the VIP status from you because they gave you that opportunity because they are expecting that you will play the same wager volume.

I encounter much harsh than this on other casino which they remove my ability to participate n bonuses just because I’m winning too often while I claim their bonus but I’m wagering and deposit normally.

Coins.game has wheel which everyone can claim without the need to wager. You shouldn’t expect that they will allow you to claim bonus without depositing any money from their casino because they are business. You are indeed a bonus hunter if you are just claiming bonus without any deposit especially that they are expecting you as VIP.

@Denis I’m not sure how the draw for the iPhone works but the winner do multiple comment just have multiple. Many people do this in the comment and I’m sure they will get more chance of winning if use a software that gather only data from the comment section. I believe this unfair way of drawing because they should be disqualified for not following one simple rule of entry.

You haven't shared a lot of information here. You got a free VIP pass when we had a VIP transfer program but within all these days, you haven't made enough deposit to consider you a VIP. You have only focused on bonus hunting. That's why your VIP has been downgraded, the bonuses have been reset and disabled according to rules 7.6 and 9.2 & we won't change that decision.

Sharing my last couple of days game history on this casino. I’m on a good run so far and just hit a little bump yesterday when I lose on a not so good blackjack run. The casino become laggy yesterday that makes me tilted and lose the game. And also the delay on crediting my PHP deposit adds up to the laggyness that makes me not in good shape to play. Based on similar situation in other casinos where the prize is in a form of physical item, there are always 2 possibilities.
1st possibility is the casino allow the players to exchange the physical prize into credit or money, and the 2nd possibility is the casino do not allow it which means that the winner should give the address to receive the prize.
I have no idea about the term in coins.game about this physical prize but I guess they are friendly enough so I think the winner can ask to exchange the physical prize into money.

Some contests have already finished with results announced.
If the tournament winner's prize is in dollars, it is credited to the account balance. I agree if that is done.
