Probably they find something strange on your account because I manage to withdraw more than 1K here without any problem but my profit is not that huge. Their 2 business days is their standard procedure on checking your account.
Do you have bonus when you play in their casino? Nevertheless you will receive your withdrawal in case they find nothing on your account. This is probably standard procedure since winning x5 of your capital is very rare. They have signature campaign here that already pays more than the amount involved so I doubt they will scam you for that amount although I understand the potential loss due to the decrease on token value. I want to report some bug on the house black jack. The insurance is not working like it was supposed to be since the Blackjack is not automatically revealed when you click no to insurance which should be automatically revealed right after the decision making no matter what choice picked.
On the game, they will still let you to play even though the dealer is already blackjack from behind. I’m talking about when Ace is the upfront card of the dealer. Clicking no to insurance and the game continues means the dealer is not a Blackjack, I lose a double down because of this bug on insurance.

I didn’t manage to report it because I don’t have screenshot of that particular bet and I already recover my loss on that game so I just share it here since Denis is more reliable on taking notes of reports due to my previous issue that I report to the support.
Just a head up too, I manage to change my username to my preferred one which is impressive since other casino doesn’t allowed this kind of request. I feel more motivated now and already 15% away to level 7 VIP.

Perhaps they need to consider to change the game into slot games, to know which one will get more participants because I still believe that the number of slot lovers in this forum is bigger than crash lovers.

Contacted the support the time I post this comment. I play yesterday and surprised that they already updated their live casino quickly. All live games is already playable in portrait mode with better aspect ratio on screen while the video quality is already improved drastically compared when I play the game previously which the quality of video is poor without any option to improve it.
Both landscape and portrait mode is working perfectly. I’m not sure if this is due to my report but everything is improved now. Nice support team hearing feedback from customers!
