Meron akong account na 2016 pa at ito ay na lock. Ngayon 2019 maari na akong magbigay ng ID and selfie pero ang sabi ng coins sakin ay kailangan pa nila ng video chat. Ang sabi din sakin sa chat hindi nila yun iveverify kahit mag bigay ako ng ID at Selfie dahil kailangan daw talaga ang Video Chat. Pwede bang komunsulta tungkol dito. Dapat naba akong mag gawa ng panibagong account o Makipag Video Chat nalang ako sa Coins rep.?

Just an advice, don't rely on their status page especially at EgiveCash. It means operational ang EgiveCash pero di natin alam if may problem sa system mismo. Marami ang naabala last time.
Well then, sabi mo nakapag withdraw ka na so baka nga ok na. Holy Week guys maging maingat sa pagcashout sa EGC just to be safe. Karamihan sa atin need ng funds this long vacation so if need ng money sa sure* ka na and pay fees or test the waters first at EGC for small amount if no choice talaga. Wala kasi ako time magtest para makapag feedback din ako.

Then wala naman pala problema para sa mga students na 16 or 17 years old sa mga ID nila may alternative naman pala sila at nakukuha then same day kaya ok na din dahil mura pa

Pero bro let us say ok naman ang voters ID ng SK sa pagkakaalam ko naman matagal ng di nakapag issue ng ID ang comelec dahil sa dalawang issue 1. Talagang taon ang gugugulin para makapag issue sila ng ID at 2. Isasama daw kasi sa national ID yung ID ng comelec meaning kung ganyang edad siya di pa siya naka kuha ng ID earlier years. Share ko lang din na nagparegister ako late 2015 hanggang ngayon wala pa akong ID, assuming na di din naissuhan si teenager.

Guys I have noticed na di recognized ni coins.ph iyong native Segwit address. I've learned this recently nung magsesend na ako ng BTC dun sa isang competition which was escrowed by HHampuz.
I already sent a message to coins.ph for some suggestions. If may time kayo and di naman pilitan, can you help me do the same. In the future, surely native Segwit address na ang gamit ng majority. Although coins.ph surely will adopt it, mas maganda kung early na nila iconsider. Hassle kasi if we don't have an access to our non exchange wallet then we have to send on that address.

All you got to do is move on. Coins.ph can't recover your funds. pero kapag may usdt wallet na yung coins.ph pwede naman na ma-retrieve di ba?
Technically, it can be recovered but requires hassle way and Im not sure if it was possible to import Segwit addresses sa USDT wallets. (Someone can correct and enlighten me here)
But since it's exchange, no way they will not work it for you. It's your fault. It can't even reflect sa USDT wallet mo if ever sabihin nating magkaroon ng USDT wallet ang coins.ph since sa Bitcoin Address mo siya pinadala.

Wala bro, wala ka na talagang magagawa. As in 0% of probability to recover that USDT of yours. Nag send ka sa wrong address. Kahit na sabihin mong magkaroon ng USDT wallet ang coins which is unlikely to happen since Filipino tayo, may PHP wallet na naman. Magkaiba pa din ng address yun. Paano po kung USDT yung nasend ko sa BTC wallet. May chance po ba na ma-convert ito sa BTC value?
Kung ano man coin ang isesend mo dapat sa same platform lang or chain. Kung magkamali ka ay mawawala na yung coins or token mo. Hindi mo na mababawi yun kahit ano pa gawin mo.

I've seen some problems like this posted in the forum, but they are sending from a certain exchange to the other exchange, USDT to BTC and I don't know if it was recovered, but if you will do this, that's surely an error from us and the exchange sites might considered it lost.
