The support is always active. There is also a status page. Much better to direct them rather than here in this thread. This thread served for mainly discussions and sharing experiences na no need for the involvement of support.

EgiveCash is out for several months before it's soft return last February. During that time na walang EgiveCash dapat may alternatives na kayong naisip. And Cebuana announced na stop na sila ng coins.ph transactions way back last year pa so again, dapat nakaisip na kahit papaano ng alternatives. Feel sorry sa nahihirapan kasi ganyan talaga pag nagrerely sa exchange services.

Still Security bank is unavailable for cashout? Last month until now di pa ako nakaka withdraw kse pati sa cebuana wala din. This thread should be managed by an active support on coins.ph to answer our questions directly or editing the thread for updates. Marami na ang nahihirapan mag withdraw dahil sa malayo at unavailable pa yung mga outlets kaya mas mainam na maghold na lang para mas lumaki ang ma withdraw kung baka sakali bumalik sila.

Buti nirefund nila pero, may mga instances talaga na nangyayari na hindi dumadating yung code or refereence number kaya mas maigi na icontact mo na agad ang support nila kapag super delay na nang pagdeliver ng mga message ng codes or referrence number.

I think so far, LBC cash out is still the most outstanding as you can receive the code in seconds. Hopefully Question123 will be solve soon, he should contact the support if the code is still not receive. I experience this kind of problem with Cebuana, I did not receive the code but when I chat the support, they provide it for me.

Tingin ko matagal na naman na itong Palawan Cashout. Hindi lang sya kasali sa mga instant cashouts instead same day cashouts.

Even though less than an hour, you can contact the support.
The processing is supposed to be instant, so over 5 minutes of waiting is not normal anymore, that's how you get your money faster.

1 hour wala pa iyong codes icontact support mo na. Wag mo intindihin iyong estimated time since it's supposed to be instant. Gaya ng sabi mo palagi ka naman nagcacashout sa LBC and smooth palagi.

Ilan beses ko na naexperienced and hassle talaga yan kaya para di double convert, hatiin mo next time if more than Php 5,000.

Nagcashout ako recently sa Mall branch ng LBC since nasaraduhan ako sa labas na branch na lagi ko winiwithdrawhan saka di na rin kaya talaga dahil sa cut-off ng branch na 6pm. Out of funds na sila pagdating ko, around 6:30pm na iyon. Then little chitchat dun sa pauwing employee na sumabat sa usapan namin nung teller. Sabi niya Php1m daw ang funds that day. Totoo kaya to kasi di ba bawal sabihin yan ng employee.

I believed, maliit ang Php 1m if mall branch since dumog ang tao dito lalo na't low fees ang encash nila against competitors. Or maybe depende sa mall?

oo boss contact agad coins ph pag sa LBC kasi dapat instant ang code kaya pag walang dumating malamang error na yan kaya dapat contact mo agad support nila kasi irerefund po nila yun at mag sesend ka po ulit sa LBC nangyari na po sakin yan mga 30 mins palang na wala contact ko agad haha in 1 hour na refund agad nila

Sana mabasa ito ng in-charge ng Coin.ph dito for them to take actions to improve their services specially in the Visayas and Mindanao area. I used to pay my electric bill using Coin.ph pero hindi rin instant na mag-reflect na nabayaran mo na di kagaya sa Gcash na instant. At hindi rin karamihan ang mga partners ng Coin.ph dito sa Visayas area particularly sa Cebu, sana madagdag ang MCWD sa mga partners nila para naman hindi na lilipat pa ng ibang APP.

It should be same day. Never tried Palawan pero same sila ng ML Kwarta Padala which is before 10am, same day ang received ng claiming details. Di pa ako nakaexperienced ng ganyan sa ML. No idea sa Palawan.

About sa delay, yes nangyayari po yan. Ilan beses na ako napa doble ng convert because of that.

Cashout options na tinutukoy ko are Egivecash and LBC.

Untl now wala pa ring update sa cashout option ng security bank Im sure marami ang nag aabang bukod sa instant kasi yung pagkuha mo ng pera ay libre rin ang transaction. Napakalaki talaga ng bawas kapag sa remittances ka nagcashout depends pa sa laki ng cashout mo kaya masakit talaga sa bulsa.

I never tried paying meralco bill using coins.ph but I paid my account in home credit using coins.ph and it does not reflect automatically.

agree naman ako na hindi real time yung pasok ng payment mo sa meralco system pero depende na din sa tao yun kung estimated nya na hindi pa naman mapuputulan ng connection e pwede pa din naman. sa coins.ph ako nagbabayad ng globe postpaid ko at almost instant naman ang pasok sa system ng globe.
