mga brad ask ko lang kung ano ba ang maganda at safe na cash out options sa coins wallet?, first time ko kaci mag cashout eh. madami kasi nag sasabi pag sa security bank nag cashout di daw lumalabas ang pera at kung sa ibang cash out options eh medjo malaki naman ang fees.

Bank o kaya GCash.

Bank credit sir para free of charge and safe.

Hi guys, Pem here from Coins.ph!  Thanks for the feedback. Load (air-time purchase)  transactions do not require re-entering 2FA code, since the device already has to be authenticated (requires both password and 2FA), and the general transaction amounts are small enough that a second entry of 2FA is not necessary. Load is also hard to liquidate in any meaningful amount without leaving a forensic trace. That said, we take your feedback and will consider adding this as an option for customers in the future

All the best!

Hi! An email confirmation is needed before you can reset your password. With that, we also recommend setting up the 2FA for your personal email address -- and all social media accounts for that matter. But, all these are noted! Happy to share with our team as well Cheesy

Hi, pasensya po di ako nakasagot kaagad.

1. Kapag mataas ang demand for bitcoin but limited lang supply, we have to ensure that there enough bitcoins for all people who want it. We need to maintain a steady supply of bitcoin to keep things moving. We do two things to balance the amount of bitcoin we buy and sell:

First, Coins.ph must increase its “Sell” price to incentivize more people to sell us their bitcoin in order to ensure that we have enough for everyone.

Second, Coins.ph needs to raise its “Buy” price to reduce the number of people buying bitcoin. Together, these actions ensure that bitcoin supply and demand is kept in balance and Coins.ph has a stable supply of BTC.

Rest assured that our prices are closely monitored and regularly updated to reflect current market activity. For more info, check out our blog post about this: https://coins.ph/blog/may-bitcoin-recap-price-surge-creates-increased/

2. Coins.ph is registered with BIR and SEC. May business permit din po kami. Moreover, Coins.ph is duly registered with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as a Foreign Exchange Dealer (FXD), Money Changer (MC) & Remittance Agent (RA), and all such activity is subject to the rules and regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

Hope this clarifies things! Smiley

Best,
Pem

This is an added description and a way to personalize your transactions Cheesy

Some of you might have noticed that I changed my username from NiquieA to Niquie@Coins. NiquieA will no longer be available.

Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you all. Smiley

Yes medyo mataas ang spread nila kasi they also need to earn so we can have a better service and for them to continually improve the app and service.

That's right!

Baka gustong may mag cash out sakin thru ATM Cardless Security bank.
Salamat.

Boss kung may coins.ph sila diba kaya naman nila mag cash out thru ATM cardless on their own?

Already send them a ticket and sana maayos din.
Ano ba ginawa mo nag send ng btc sa coins.ph address or nag cash in using one of the options provided by them ? Kapag nag start ka ng conversion between coins.ph representatives mabilis lang naman sila mag reply usually within 24 hours or mostly less than that.
