This is Reynald from Coins.ph, stepping in. We understand all your concerns and we appreciate your feedback. Please take note that the fees are being charged by our service provider. Rest assured, we at Coins.ph, are always working hard to deliver good service and more products to all of you. We hope for your kind understanding with this.

Mukhang come and go ang mga coins.ph representatives dito.

Or that account is not connected to coins.ph, only 1 post and then the account signed off..whoever own the account, I think he is just messing around.  Grin

@Reynald@Coins I hope naiintindihan mo yung hinaing ng mga users ninyo kasi from 1:1 na naging 16% charge ninyo for your game credits is really unfair, kahit sabihin na natin may convenience sa inyong side yung fee na ito is not justifiable and just by the looks of it your service provider is simply taking advantage of the situation dahil sa pandemic na ito and alam nila konti lang ang choice ng tao which is online. I hope that Coins.ph will find a way or at least re-negotiate with your service provider dahil talagang napakataas ng 16% as compared sa offer ng ibang sites/service.

Kahit hindi man ganun active basta po merong interaction with your users.

I can confirm na totoong representative nga siya.

Newbie here, I have one question regarding sa sell/buy ng coins.ph. How am i supposed to gain profit if the sell price is always low than the buy price?
The answer to your question is really simple just wait for the price to increase atleast 5-10% and you will see you will gain profit from it, the buy and sell price is not fixed it can change from time to time thats how crypto works high volatility and big risk but profitable if you have "patience".

Maybe request na lang kami for some adjustment in the future.

No doubt napakaganda ng serbisyo niyo and di maapektuhan iyan dahil lang worst fee kayo sa Steam game credits.

And sana, talagang taga coins.ph ka. Ingat sa mga newbies out there.

I would have to disagree with you bro. In-game or Game Client credits even though tumaas yung demand it doesn't mean lumiit yung supply ng Steam para sakanilang Steam wallet credits/funds, the demand for credits itself can be automatically be matched by Steam kasi yung credits nila virtually exists.
At kung sino man yung parang magiging retailer nila is doon nagsisimula yung patong.

I see.

Welcome kapatid.
Sana magenjoy ka sa forum na ito while helping others too for the purpose of spreading the knowledge.

Wala ka kikitain sa Coins.ph with buy and sell unless malayo ang talon ng bitcoin price or whatever coin you prefer sa apat na listed.
You can try Coins.pro for trading.

Like bills payment and prepaid load.

I-note mo kung magkano ang bitcoin na mabibili mo then better accumulate more bitcoin rather than PHP.

Coins.ph > Grabpay > seagm

Eto ba yung steam wallet codes or SWC in short?

Never tried to buy like that in steam, tamang laro lang kasi ng mga nauuso na games. Pero if ayun yun, I've known several sellers na pinagbibilhan ko din sa ibang games at discounted siya. I think 2000 SWC = 1900 PHP, lagi may discount na 100 IIRC.

They accept coins.ph as mode of payment.
Oo yan nga yun SWC = Steam wallet codes.

So Steam ang nagset ng percentages which is no choice si coins.ph. Edit: Service Provider ang sabi pala so ibig sabihin gumawa lang ng workaround (third-party) para maging posible ulit ang pag-top from coins.ph to Steam.

Bakit tinanggap? Might be part of the business.
