Hi everyone,
I am an active user of Cointiply. I never had an issue until I completed the E-Toro offer one month ago and didn't get paid.
Two days after, I opened a ticket with all evidence of completion. Cointiply Support was very fast to answer that they would still reward me if the advertiser doesn't do so and that the issue resolution would take "several days".
However now, after one month, when I try to make contact with them about this offer,
they stay mute and don't answer on the E-toro ticket thread
(meanwhile they answered another ticket I opened for another issue).
Under normal circumstances, I would have never posted to complain but my preoccupation is that I spent
over $50 for the offer completion, so I feel aggrieved...
Did you experience something similar ? Did someone here actually completed the E-Toro offer ?
