Thank you for that suggestion, problem is it was running while i was asleep so now the campaign has ended, not sure how it affected those who clicked the ad while the servers are down.
I'm not sure when the problem started exactly but I was still sleeping :p

Thanks again for that tip, very useful to know in future we can just cancel a campaign.

mine here is in the same situation as the blue screen with nothing. I can not access anything, just appear and all blue screen with nothing more. error has to be solved as soon as possible cointiply hope you see and solve as fast as possible.

Whatever the issue may be, I know admins have always fairly compensated users for site or mining game issues.

Hang tight and lets hope it's resolved soon.
I'm not sure how they going to compensate for things like Mellow Ads because many members currently have active ad campaigns that are going to waste.
This also prevents us from inviting more members to the site as they won't be able to see anything or signup = lost revenue.
So not sure how they will compensate members for such things, not to mention the frustration users must be feeling right now.
Ugggh, though one all round.

Wish admin all the best and just have to hang it and hope the problem will be resolved soon.  Cool

y'all commiting mistakes when you deny cointiply's integrity. even facing them issues (which easily lead some sh1tty leaders to their ruin) they still rock on and fix 'em all for the sake of all of us.

Hi Guys

Just wanted to verify that I also see a blank dark blue screen only. Tried many things like refreshing the browser, clearing cache etc. even tried s2 server and nothing works.
Cannot check in and probably loosing a lot of efficiency.

Hope this problem will be solved very soon.

Hi all, same issue for me. I can only see blue background, bottom left ad + right side feedback button. I have already wrote to support. Let's see if they can fix it quickly as it looks it is affecting many users.

Hey guys. Sorry to hear that. Apparently there is some site or server issue.

I got the blank page too and then after refreshing I somehow managed to get in.

There seems to be very few people active on the site and only two others beside myself are active in chat.

Hope you guys get in soon!

I am actually glad to see the recent posts about the blank site page. I was worried that it was only a problem for me - without access to the in-site chat or support ticket submission. At least I will have the option to check back here for updates. I hope that this does not sabotage my 100 day loyalty bonus.   Undecided
