how long normally support ticket get answered?
We answer as many tickets as we can in the first day, but some do take longer. It all depends on the week and what's going on.
But, we also get the vast majority of problems solved.

I have one bug on cointiply...
I had two buildings and 42 coins per hour productions at 200% efficiency.
Since yesterday night, my buildings have disappeared... and I didn't sell them!
Should you do someting for that?
My login is the same as here...

There are many written on the payout page, but confusing. I was very surprised by the advice to wait 10-14 days for processing the application and only then start to worry.
In the chat room, opinions regarding the processing time of the application range from 3-4 hours to 3-7 days
Received the first payment. The first time is always scary, so even chatting different things on the network. The transaction was changed after 12 hours. After another hour the transaction became visible on the network.

I am from a low tier country and unfortunately dont have too many offers available to do.
I spend most of the time playing cointiply games and earn some coins from the games.
I am buying MPs from my points . Currently having 318 MPs.

I agree. I only joined this site recently but I'm finding there's a lot to do on there to earn bitcoins. It's well designed as well.

is it just me that not able to surf cointiply from Computer browsers?
can do on mobile but not on computer, I tried my home notebook as well as notebook/PC at work.

Please file a ticket. We can't do support from here.
And we have hundreds of withdrawals every week. We're at or near the top of FaucetHub, there are hundreds of payment proof posted on NetBusinessRating, and there have been tons of payment proofs posted to this very thread.

because I cannot access their website anymore via chrome, I only can using incognito window and my username and password do not work anymore...maybe because it was time to withdraw?

Maybe i's a world plot against you, don't you think? Why, instead, you don't try to explain your problem sending a PM to @Cointiply? You'd be quite impressed about how kind and cooperative are these guys.

Why to cry scam when you are probably the only one having this problem? I can log in regularly as a lot of other users who are currently using the site without problems
