1) The CIA and the NSA can't stop crypto and good luck in trying to sue anyone.
2) If I were Mr. Rose or even Kanye West I would certainly think and then rethink about pissing off a global community of some of the best crypto and hacker types on the planet. I wouldn't be surprsied to see every facet of his life plastered all over 4chan and the internet in the near future.
3) Sue exchanges, really? I would love to see them sue someone like BTC-e which is an underground exchange located "somewhere" in Russia or for that matter any one of another half dozen places.
4) By doing this, Kanye West attorneys have 100x catapulted this alt coin into the media. Brilliant move dumb asses.
Lastly, I have no dog in this fight but this is going to be interesting to see how it all plays out.

I see your point on that but if it comes to copyright infringement they might be able to go after anyone who uses the images in posts. They could find out who some people are but they probably want to go after the big fish.

I have had trade mark infringements on my logo and because it was a different colors and style the trademark regulators deemed it not to infringe copyright laws
