Well unfortunately for these lawyers they may try but they can't really win a lawsuit if COINYE DEV team want to go forth with the launch!
You have the example of Keisercoin pre launch by other than Max Keiser. Enough said!
I am not apart of COINYE DEV team or affiliated with them but a mere Cryptocurrency adopter and free market convicted supporter!
I do think it is another Pump and Dump coin BUT nevertheless the acceptance or demise of this coin is enterily up and in the hands of the cryptoworld community!

Yeah but its going to make it pitta trying to trade the coin. Imagine they came here because the coin is traded here? Unless this site is located overseas the legal system can come after this site or any site for that matter based in the US.
