Since coinzino refunded the money and the customer confirmed the refund and was also satisfied as well. I am going to delete the negative feedback I left them. I don't want to be that kind of a**hole who ruins people's businesses even when they try to do the right thing.

My only request to coinzino is to at least inform the customer what they breached exactly. You don't have to go deep into the details

First of all I would like to thank everyone in this forum. I confirm that coinzino paid my amount, maybe they saw my post they just started processing
If they really unlock your account and/or enable withdraw option then you should lock this thread. And also, it makes me suspicious how they came to know about this topic. Is there any account of them on this forum I am sorry but I have not checked whether they have any active account on this forum or not.

They have; Coinzino Casino.

I am not vouching for them or trying to say they're 100% trustworthy, but there is nothing suspicious here, IMO. They used to be inactive, with the last activity was on 20th of December 2022, if I'm not mistaken. I took a tad bit longer-than-usual trip to notify them about this case, and they promptly came to this thread. The full exchange of communication can be found here. Might be worth to mention that they also replied my email, with message that's rather similar with the reply they posted here.

glad that this ended in your favor but I am a little curious, why was your account still closed, what was the reason they gave you(sorry for being nosy)? I mean, they paid you in full, I assume you didn't violate any rules so I don't get why they still closed the account.

You both are too kind to me, I'm here just to help solve problems.

Although fortunately everything is resolved for the better a casino that delays in payments is not trustworthy, from conversations to me the operator seemed an AI

Nope. I haven't heard of this platform before this, but from what my chat with their help desk, I am quite certain they're not an AI. Their response looked human to me, and I don't think an AI possesses an ability to know which email was mine and to forward that specific email to their management-slash-human for further follow up.

OP, as you've received your full amount and --based on their representative's statement-- they've also explained to you personally about the reason behind your issue, and since you both are satisfied with the resolution made, I think it'll be best to lock this thread and mark it as solved. The button to lock the thread is at the bottom left of the page, the "option" to mark the case as solved is through editing your first post and add the word solved or its synonym to the title.

I am glad that Coinzino has chose to resolve the issue and resolved in the manner where OP is satisfied as well. Since this situation has been resolved, I will now remove my negative feedback on Coinzino and hope that Coinzino will be more professional in handling this issues in future.

Also I would like to thank @holydarkness for pinging the casino about the situation which resulted in quick resolve of the issue.

I think the one you have to thank above all is holydarkness, for sending them an email. I looked at the Coinzino Casino profile yesterday and they hadn't logged in the forum in a while. If you have been paid, and they have reconnected to the forum it was because of that email.

The feedbacks are somewhat personal but I would change the negative ones on Coinzino Casino profile to neutral and would link to this thread as a reference in case of future problems.

We cannot post any further details regarding this case in a public forum.
Can you at least try to be transparent enough?

Maybe show us proof that the payment was made?

It is also important you point out the reason OP's account was blocked. Which terms exactly he breached. I don't think it's complex. The very reason this is being discussed right now in the public forum is because you refused to grant OP the right to know why his account was blocked. You could have easily avoided such an escalation.

Hi,

This player's withdrawal has been paid in full.

The player's account has been closed and they have been issued a response regarding the reasons for this.

We cannot post any further details regarding this case in a public forum.

Is it a big problem for you to show a photo of OP's account and also show evidence that OP was paid in full and that when you closed his account there was no money in OP's account? even if you were the busiest guy in the world (which I highly doubt you are) it wouldn't waste your time if you took a few minutes to post this evidence, now if you say you can't post it because it has to do with your casino security then We have to ask you how does someone's account balance photo affect your casino security? How does withdrawal ID affect your casino security? it just doesn't make a lot of sense

if you don't care about a customer then you don't care about any customers, so i suggest OP create a flag against you and i will support the flag and recommend all people not to use your casino because it has shady behavior like a certain famous casino scam on this forum, I hope you recant and review your behavior and post proof of the accusations you made against OP, if you don't show proof your casino will get a bad reputation and lose customers and I don't see that being something good for your casino

after signing i have deposited money to coinzino.io to play the first few times i withdraw is ok but after the 3rd time i have deposited and played after winning i withdraw then they closed the account and sent an email saying suspect me of violation waiting for them to investigate. after 5 days I still have not received a response from the email, then I texted the support chat on the homepage, they said I was in violation and the account was closed and can't be reopened, I asked what violation I did and asked by proof they don't answer maybe they want to take away more than 3000$ in my account
Few months ago I was created account on this platform. There had many kinds of issue.but I was withdrawal my funds. This is a Casino gambling site. I permanently Delete my account information. I advise you don't deposit your funds any kinds of casino site . Now try to contact them.

after this scam accusation I hope that no one else uses this casino, I do not like to create an account in new casinos because of these types of behaviors, the truth is that many new casinos do not have many customers when a customer appears who makes a deposit more than 1000$ is already targeted by the casino, the casino holds that person's money and they use things like TOS so they don't look like they are scammers, I've seen many of these scams on this forum

First of all, Coinzino Casino, I appreciate your prompt action by returning to this forum to clarify the issue. Risking to sound repetitive, I am agree with two posts above me and asking if you can provide us with a tx id or at the very least, a screenshot of the proof of successful payment. OP, we can work this part from your side too. Can you clarify that you've receive what's stated by the representative?

Second, agreeing with Agbe, can you please at the very least inform us what clause has the OP breached? I think informing us the point of the ToS being breached wont compromise your security and fraud detection algorithm.

well if you say so then you will need to provide some evidence because their is an heavy accusation on your casino already so clearify the issue with a proof of payment will go a long way and with the looks of things it seems you have already been tag negatively which is not good if you ever want to promote your business here in the forum.

First of all we thank you that you are here to respond to the Op but  To clear yourselves, you need to provide some evidence of the fund paid to the player's account because this is an accusation and such accusation goes with reputation of the company. So do everything to retain your reputation here. Though from the images uploaded by the Op which rebroadcast by PP is not really clear because of the repeated image. So the forum might need your part of the issue between you and the player.

As there's no other means of contact to inform the representative of the platform about the current situation other than email, as per the information from their live support, I've made a temp-email and send them info about this. Let's wait and see if they'll come back online and address this issue.

No matter what T&C's a player has broke, a casino can't confiscate the whole deposit amount. In this case, they have confiscated the balance giving out the reason that the player has broke the T&C and then also fails to address the reason properly. This is not how a genuine casino should operate. I can understand them confiscating the profit over the balance because a player broke the T&C but ripping off the deposit of the customers in the name of "breaking T&C" is just straightforward scam.

I would like to ask OP to follow the proper format of reporting scam and include the deposit TXID's as well.

A priori, I cannot give an opinion with certainty, since we have seen in this section many complaints of fraud that later turns out to be proven to the contrary: it was the player who somehow cheated or broke the T&C, which is what they accuse you

In any case, I don't know if this is normal casino practice in these cases, but when you are accused of something they need to clearly explain what you are accused of so that you can defend yourself, and not say that you have broken the T&C without specify and without allowing you to defend yourself.

Let's say the player is guilty here. But, Casinos are supposed to answer them and refer to the T&C they broke. The Live support is for what? If they answer like they do not have further information, where is the player supposed to contact? I saw some casinos refer them to fraud team email and they take ages to reply. Isn't it better to practice that their support team will contact the fraud team and answer the player? The support has direct contact with the team while a player doesn't have any contact with anyone except for the live support.

I don't remember if have seen this casino before. I don't know why people choose unnamed casinos. Maybe because they want to take some advantage of those casinos? I don't know. If their casino team is here (I am not sure if I have seen them around), they should explain to the player why they blocked the player and what T&C they broke.

Edit: Just saw they are here in the forum. I suggest OP update your post with more detailed information. Follow the scam report format and invite their forum representative to this thread.

A generic reply and reasons of a casino whenever they want to restrict an account having a huge balance, and saying they didn't take their users money, the h*ll is that.
I didn't mean that OP is sure didn't do against their terms, but they should at least tell what the h*ll is the reason behind especially when there is a huge balance on the account.

no proof no explanation they said suspicious and locked my account and took my money
