Just like any other coin that has received the attention and curiosity of the internet, I think Shiba will soon steadily die a quiet death after those who initiated the push already gained massive profits in their pockets. It may not be today, nor the next week or even the next few months, but it will come, given that Shiba is created to rival Doge, another meme coin, and which both have no utility whatsoever apart from filling the pockets of the ones who invested on first on it.

I agree, Shiba inu just showed us all the power of community support and strong backing from whales, the shiba inu community did a wonderful job to support and push shiba up the ladder, even I didn't know shiba will achieve this type of success I should have bought a few, good for all the shiba supporters for holding strong.

when you hold it means you are already a lucky person when you see the price of shiba go up, congrats to you, I believe the community is everything so every project should respect the community so that the project survives just like bitcoin today, I'm not a shiba lover but I'm happy to see lucky people get the benefits they hold the token, the dogecoin community will always be there and will not leave it like i am one of them as a dogecoin holder

that's why big projects always put their strong community ahead of other plans.
when their community is strong and big on project trust. then indirectly it can grow the value and price of the coin itself.

Community definitely takes an important role in the coin price, but I disagree if it "means everything." Big community means more buzz, more trading activity, more hodling, but it needs coordination. Once the infighting happens and people start to buy/sell without coordination, it will go back to its fundamental. Its utility.

Congrats to SHIB holders anyway, but don't forget to take profit before other people from the community start take profit leaving you as a bag holder lol.

I think not just in the crypto space needs community but in many things needs community to make sure the project runs. So it is natural to see if the project does not have a strong community, the project can not run and achieve one by one of their plan and it is hard to survive in the crypto space without community. But if we talk about Shiba, I am not sure what is happening behind that project but I guess that many people expect to make a profit from Shiba. Before you invest in Shiba, you need to research further to find if Shiba can increase higher and compete with the other coins or be back to the lower position.

It's not dogecoin don't have any supporters. But shiba got into a good situation where hype of the memecoin got increases. Plus the shiba team are wise enough to ride all those major events during this epic bull run. I'm not a shiba holder, but I can see that many have changed their lives over the hype it made Iver thr cryptocurrency community. Yes, it touched a lot of people, and I can say that shiba got a lot of community support.

Well, I believe that Elon helped SHIB to get a community behind it but it doesn't change the fact that the recent rise of it is sustainable. There will be a time that large holders of SHIB will sell all of their holdings, taking their profit and let those average and FOMO'ed investors to cry because of their losses. As for me, I will never touch this meme coin or DeFi token as they say. I'd rather invest into some other coins out there which has a lower risk than investing into this meme coin.

Congrats to those SHIB holders for their huge profit though

shiba really gaining attention because of the help of the community itself, so it's not surprising this kind of meme coin will gonna explode without knowing. Infact even doge seems trying to impress and what others saying shiba holder is jumping to doge which is impossible because as far as i know both side is throwing bad words around the internet.. maybe a false information since doge failed as well to make more hype. Each company brings a new 'cutting-edge technology. This is great, but not every company knows how to gather people around their idea, talk to them the right way, run AMAs, share insights, get ambassadors etc...

One of the ways I'd like to measure community growth is by checking the sentiment on different platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and even Wikipedia.

On Twitter, I like using Twitterfall. If you use it make sure you put the speed on high. Then see how fast the feed goes. If you see the feed is insanely fast, usually (from my experience) there's is some price change (which make sense).

Here's a cool tool that shows you the daily page views per Wikipedia page. It says a lot IMO. When a newcomer does his/her research about a coin Wikipedia page is among the first things they will check (usually). So the pageviews per project can actually be an indicator for community growth!

I recommend using tool like wikishark

Another great way to measure project community growth is by better understanding what Blockchain PR is. By checking the marketing effort a certain blockchain company is doing, you could determine its growth potential.

why should compare doge and shiba, ? both have a large community . and in fact both have experienced very high and repeated bubbles. maybe people can make conclusions doge trend because of tweets and support from Elon. as for shiba? it's still not clear who is pumping the price? up thousands of % pure market activity? I doubt that.

The community does have a big role in the development of a project, the bigger the community, the more solid the project. we know shiba who even though elon has no assets in it, but until now it still survives, even better. from here the support of the community and new investors will certainly bring shiba to the top of coinmarketcap

Yeah I did my research and it does not have any long term value hence I will not invest in it.

Memecoins thrive on hype and if you are a bagholder then you will know this already. If you are someone who is drooling over the price rise get ready for the shocker coming in at the time when you least expect it, which may not be coming soon but it will.

Similarly DOGE run upwards because someone freaky millionaire pumped it and even before than some manipulated pump and dumps used to happen on it.

Do these coins have any use case? No. Do they fix a problem that people face in daily life? No.

The chances of such coins being steady at higher prices is minimum. But if you are making a profit, book it and exit. I can tell this because I have the experience of trading and watching the markets for about 5+ years now. But you are free to make your own opinion.
