Bitcentury has released their draft copy of the contract. Note, this is just an early Version of the contract and the final Version will look different.

Foofighter, where are you planning to host these miners?
Sorry if you already answered that, but I looked and didn't see it

Yes they will be hosted near me and foofighter. I´m studying Engineering at the technical University in vienna, so if the System breaks down, and foofighter is at work, i could fix it when i´m at home or use VPN from the University.

Can I ask a couple of questions; Where will these be hosted? Will they be hosted in a location that you can easily travel to if there is need of emergency maintenance/other intervention? Do you have network/engineering and/or electrical engineering experience if these units are delivered fairly bare bones and require some effort to have them mining efficiently?

Hey,

the Miners will be hosted near the place of my Partner ITXtutor, so if something is wrong he can easily reach them and check in person. Also remote access will be available to use and backup Internet via UMTS  is provided.
ITXtutor has a lot of experince in electrical engineering so even if the devices would be delivered as you mentioned hwmax, this will be no problem for us.

Hi,

Currently there are no accurate Infos abot it. But they said somewhere between August and october. But we are confident, in the upcoming days there will be test chips sent out to developers. They will test them and give us a Feedback about power consumption and Performance

Hi guys,

In this thread we want to introduce a new community mining project which is based on bitfury mining devices. (Group buy -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcentury-metabank-120gh-65nm-asic-pre-order-proxy-07wgh-32btc-per-unit-223656 )
It will be based on the same scheme like our open source asic miner projekt (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/community-mining-avalon-asic-chip-miner-33840mhs-all-shares-are-taken-216782)

Advantages:
-Low power costs (0,7W – 1W / GH) -> So you will get more mining earnings.
-120GH / device for a low price of 3 BTC / GH

About this project:
-There will be 40 shares for 1 BTC each per device.
-One share equals a hashing power of 3GH/S

I'm a bit lost. You said that the cost of the device is 3 BTC/GH, but yet you are selling shares at a rate of 3GH/BTC.

Is one of these reversed?

Senseless charges an amount of 30BTC / device

Goddamn, that IS senseless. For that money, you could fucking fly there and pick it up in person. If you're buying 4 of them, that's $15Grand!  Shocked
