You should have allowed those that expressed the interest first time to pay for their shares, not just opened it up and let people swoop in ahead of those that already said they required shares...
You failed to account for time zones etc, and since you sent a pm to those that put their name down, you could easily have sent them a , "you have 24hrs to pay to address" pm...
This does not fill me with confidence...

So it would be much effort to do a preorder list and wait until everyone has payed due to some people who say that they would take shares and then they dont take them.
Im pretty sure our next device will be full soon and will be shipped with the other device.
