Yeah whether the scam was intentional or not he misappropriated the funds of others. 

He gambled away all investors funds. How can people not call that a scam?! Just because he has a gambling/drinking/drug problem he can get away without being labelled a scammer? That's not right

It does seem like his last deposit to JD was 24 btc, does anyone have proof of his account that he actually lost the btc?

I'm sorry but I'm sure those are just empty promises. I know Klye from JD as I spent a lot of time there too in my early days of btc. He even gambled away his rent money now and then and was about to be evicted if not an investor helped him out. I am a gambler myself now and then but goddamnit klye, 25 btc of not your own money? Come the fuck on.

Gotta agree with that one. If he was serious about this he would care about his reputation and work hard to pay everyone back. Instead he comes here with his tail beneath his legs crying about what he did with other people's money.

Personally, I think if he gave a shit about paying anyone back he would be gay4pay eight hours a day! It isn't that much money and I do think he is capable of making this a successful investment for people still.

The amount of effort he put into his thread.. I guess it did end well for him.. couple of days, hour or 2 writing stuff and he profitted well.

It is not dooglus's job to babysit people regarding their potential investment opportunities. Always do your prior research with diligence, and know that there is risk involved with almost any investment.
If every casino owner said to the gamblers- "Now, I don't think you should really be gambling with this money that's not yours/needed for different things/when you're already behind so far" and disallowed it, well I'm thinking casinos around the world would be a lot more empty. Lol. 

That being said, hot damn! I know my heart gets racing when I am fucking around on Just-dice with just like 0.02 BTC (I am poor, lol and not lol), and when I finally lose I feel like a crackhead who has been smoking all day and just run out. Couldn't even imagine losing a sum like this.

However, definitely don't kill yourself man. I hope that's just something you said because you wanted people to know how seriously bad you felt for losing all their money. No amount of lost money is worth your life being taken away, you only get one of those. I have been down, out, and lower than low before myself, and so have many I've known. And I have come back from the depths of depravity and depression, and seen many people turn their lives around completely, many of which are very successful now. The fact that you just didn't dip the fuck out like most would have done, and are here now does say something. I'll tell ya what though- many of us have pipe dreams of trying to make it big with cryptos. While it would be nice, I would say for now just pull the sparkler out of your ass (sorry, had to  ) and get a job at a fast food restaurant if nothing else. That is steady income, and steady (if small) repayments of debt could be made with that. Good luck to you, man. Keep your head up, you just always gotta keep trying to push forward in life, even if it seems like you take 2 steps back for every one forward.
