It's awkward that they just choose to launch a signature campaign here recently instead of resolving the issues they have vs. some complainants. On casino guru, they already 19 complaints that have been opened against them.

If they keep ignoring such issues, then the signature campaign they just launched will be pointless, and it will just complicate things further.
agree, their signature campaign won't help them gain more traffic if they don't start properly addressing complaints against their gambling site. having a 2/10 safety index on casino.guru really says something about their gambling site, even 1xbit has a higher safety index than them.

No, I didn't use any bonuses. I wrote to the casino guru and am in dialogue with them, but the askgamblers refused.

One is enough. Having several dispute across several platform will only complicate things as the representative [if they ever give any] will have to answer to many sources.

I believe this is your case on CG: https://casino.guru/vave-casino-player-s-account-blocked--preventing-withdrawal. Adding the link here so anyone following this case can get an easier access.

no, guys, I’m not from Russia, but from Moldova, I didn’t see in the rules that this country is prohibited
I would be incredibly happy if I could get at least a deposit (

You said that you have play Baccarat and Tennis, but I doubt they accused you fraud because of that games.
Did you claimed any bonus (promo) with your deposit?

I doubt they will respond but have you contact the vave representative here on bitcointalk?
I suggest to bring the dispute to casinoguru or askgambler (note: askgambler do not handle sportsbetting issue).

I totally agree with you that they should have informed him about the exact reason why they blocked his account and refer him to the clause in their terms which they believe he has breached.
If my guess that they have blocked him for sports betting from a restricted country is right then the "fraud" excuse isn't only vague but also wrong. Accessing a service from a restricted country is not necessarily a fraud activity.

Did you access their website and place sports bets from Russia? If yes, then you have violated their terms since, according to their ToS, sports betting and live betting is not allowed for players from Russia and, unfortunately, they have the right to confiscate your money and block your account.
See:
2.1.      Any kind of sports betting or live betting for players from Russia is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to confiscate funds and block an account if it is proven that sports betting was made by a person located in Russia.

Not trying to blame you or anything since it's pointless at this point but since you were trying to find a good bookmaker then the least you could do was to check their reputation before depositing. I hope they will let you at least withdraw your initial deposit.
That's what they should have told him if that was the case, but they didn't. They said they blocked his account due to fraudulent activity, which is something so broad. Could have been multi accounting, bonus abuse etc
Yes, OP was careless not read through the ToS thoroughly, but I also don't like casinos that do not take up the initiative of geo-blocking users from restricted countries.

Yes, I'm sorry, of course I'll edit it. So no one can tell me in this case what can be done to get at least part of the money back?

Maybe going to a third party mediator is still worth a shot if you really think Vave casino is in the wrong here.  Sites like AskGamblers handle disputes for sportbooks, so they might be able to help even though CasinoGuru won't since this isn't a casino issue.

Just understand that Vave casino has blown off complaints on CasinoGuru before without changing, so this might just be more hassle for you without getting your money back in the end.  But hey taking this thing public could at least warn others about the risk of getting scammed in the future if Vave keeps this up.

I wish I could give you an easy fix, but this crappy situation sucks and the options arent great and  in the end, only you can decide if it's worth your energy to keep fighting this.

They only said you "Fraud" them but didn't explain exactly why they blocked your account which seems like an excuse. vave.com's reputation is not that good in this forum, their representative already has two tags on their profile for their previous bad activities. So getting the funds back from them will be really difficult because their motives are definitely questionable. There have been allegations of confiscation of gamblers' winnings before, now I am waiting to see how they respond to your case.

I’m sorry, I didn’t clarify and I forgot that they did indicate the reason for blocking was “fraud,” but this is complete nonsense and when I asked to say what my fraud was, I didn’t get a normal answer.

Quoted for image visibility, as well as translation for the Russian part. OP, can you confirm if the translation are more or less accurate? Given someone already PMed their representative, I am refraining from doing so to avoid redundancies. I am adding it to the list.

Also, given they actually gave a reason [regardless on how true it is] for the banning, don't you think it's better to edit the title of the thread to reflect the real situation more precisely?

They claim that the past case was an attempt to blackmail them, lol
No sure if this supports their case with the continued scam accusations on them in different platforms. From what I can see, OP has a very thin chance of getting his money refunded because most of the time such scammers are shameless.

OP always research about a casino before you deposit money. Do not be blinded by sweet deals and bonuses.

Isn't it good for people to make use of something like this to scan check the trust rate and review on a particular gambling platform before using them, some could actually do this for no reason, but we also have to be careful when using their platform because they would have set in alot of security measures to alert them of any attempt we made that could be of harm on them, but try contact them and wait for a response on what might be the reason behind this.

Sadly, I don't have much hopeful advice regarding Vave casino.  From what I've gathered after some research, there are credible concerns about potential shady practices by this gambling establishment.  Several disappointed customers have lodged complaints about difficulties receiving payouts or other issues when playing at Vave.  An industry review site that rates the safety and trustworthiness of casinos gave Vave an extremely low 2.3 out of 10 score.  That's the level of garbage and  for now, it seems wisest to steer clear of this casino until they can demonstrate tangible improvements in addressing these problems and providing fair transparent service to their patrons.  Though I wish I had better news to share, caution appears warranted here.

i think they are already marked in the forum which their ANN thread is this one https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/your-guide-to-registering-at-vavecom-crypto-casino-free-spins-5433885
but i can see they are about to launch a marketing campaign as well. so this accusation seems very timely right where they are about to make more exposures for the casino.

even when they were proven to have scammed already. a screenshot will mke this thread full.

If anyone needs screenshots, I will send them anywhere, but I don’t understand how to attach them here somewhere
it would be for the best to post screenshots of your conversation with their support. to post them here, the best image hosting you can use is https://www.talkimg.com/, upload your images there, copy the link of the images and post it here on your thread.

their representative seems to be active, I'll send them a PM asking if they can shed more light on your issue against their gambling site.

you can also take Sunderland advice and open a case against them on casino.guru. I checked their ratings there and they have a very low safety index on casino.guru and currently, there is an open case against the casino.

Good day everyone, I decided to share with you my story with the bookmaker vave.com
The situation happened on November 22, 2023. I made a deposit and started playing baccarat, won money there, played a little live tennis and put the funds for withdrawal, after which the whole nightmare began.
I receive a letter in the mail saying that I am blocked due to fraud, what was my surprise when I read this)
I immediately went to write to their live support to understand what was going on? The answers were the same, they say everything was explained to you and this is the final decision (I’ll attach screenshots of everything)
They also closed access to the account accordingly and I was left with nothing, one might say. The amount is huge, nothing was returned, in general they are serious deceivers. I am an honest player and have never violated anything with them, I was just trying to find a convenient bookmaker for myself that pays.

If anyone needs screenshots, I will send them anywhere, but I don’t understand how to attach them here somewhere
