His timezone on the forum doesn't say anything, you set it manually.  Tho his posts usually meet Europe daylight time.

Sorry, shouldn't be timezone, I mean his online time is same as mine, Chinese time.

How do you think his English? Chinese English?

his twitter - https://twitter.com/IshmaelEssex (according to his post)

IshmaelEssex search leads to - http://www.linkedin.com/pub/ishmael-evans/39/66b/941   and to http://xexplore.com/10386/call-ishmael/   this is probably wrong (this guyis from LA where is 5AM right now while essex343 usually posts from 7am till midnight which fit England times)

but another - Ishmael Evans - https://twitter.com/ishmeva (from Durham, England) might fit since essex343 claimed hes from London (who would tell anyone on the internet hes real address? but a big known city would be a nice choice )

just some info to play with Smiley

His timezone is Chinese, same as me, and Chinese scammers like buying accounts to make scam coins.

Some ppl said the dev's English looks like Chinese English, how do u think? I am a Chinese, so i can't judge his English is native or Chinese English

an Clustercoin option could be this

Bittrex offers ICO money back to who ever wants refund PLUS the returned CLSTR Coins are destroyed ?

Say the ICO sold out 3.5 mil Worth @ 10k (350 BTC)  and only 500 000 coins have requested their ICO money back , 500k coins get detroyed as if they were never bought Dev gets their 300 BTC , coin value rises due to less coins in circulation

I was still on the  dev's side until they removed my post
what a BTC grubbing scamming prick they are then !!!

makes me wounder what other ledgit posts were removed I was not fudding just trying to find an aceptable balance between all involved parties

bittrex still needs to remember they are an escrow, and the buyers are being scammed, especailly if it is indeeed the same user

anti scam league.
1. To promote real value in crypto *** no premine, istamine, or ipo ico..
2. To influence on marketplaces to read code and reveal if is something wrong, something hidden..
3. To vote for best dev..best work...
4. Protect us from scams ..and if happened we must reveal all master minds..and make bitcointalk to ban them forever..
5.POD to become standard before coin launch

All interested are welcome..
give suggestions

Very good, I am newbie but I am amazed how easy it is to create altcoin and get on exchange, except investments ect....so many people thinking of making profit but no one thinking about future of coin as a currency and way to buy things and its life in 5 year, I see allot of these coins without much substance, some not even a website. It is like people just playing slot machine or mining for quick buck :/

Please check this thread!!!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683158.20
In this thread, you would find two confirmed ico scam dev-USE AND CRYSTAL. One possible scam dev-cluster.
And several other accounts in the same pattern. They are all created, stopped posting and are active again in the same period.

They all posted in the same giveaway thread, talked about nothing about altcoin and technique and then suddenly created an altcoin!!

Bittrex said:
* 3 accounts created in a one month period (how many accounts were created during the bitcoin hype period?)
* said accounts were part of giveaway threads (how many accounts were part of the giveaways?)

Not just created in a one month period. How many accounts were created in that period, stopped posting in December 2013 and then active again in May 2014??
How many accounts were part of giveaways and also devs of ico coins? And what's the possibility of three ico devs(two of them are confirmed scammers) appeared in the same thread and talked about philosophy? Let alone only several people were in this thread and there were at least another three accounts in the same pattern.

here is the evidence which bct admin gave us.

If you want IPs, get a legal request for information, such as a court order. It's best to have a "chain of custody" so to speak when it comes to things like this. If we handed out IPs to any random who asked, and violence of some sort ended up happening, then we would be on the hook if we couldn't show a paper trail of who requested the information. If you are on the up and up and don't plan on doing anything illegal, then there shouldn't be any problems with this. Court orders (which, again, are just a legal request for information) are standard when requesting information from third parties.

Thanks for the response BadBear, would you be able to tell us if the accounts in question have overlapping log ins from the same IP?  That would answer the question without disclosing any information that could cause you legal or ethical problems.  There is a considerable amount of BTC riding on this decision, any help you can render would be greatly appreciated.

R.

Yes they do, though they are shared with many accounts, so it's likely either an unknown proxy/vpn or bought accounts.

Guys I will not answer direct insults. I will simply delete it.

direct insult?

Somebody asked:
Did you buy this Bitcointalk account?
If yes, may I know your original Bitcointalk account?
If no, can you explain why your earlier posts consists almost entirely of asking for giveaways (wallet address + 'Thanks!' or 'Awesome'!)?

I replied to him:
And if you check usecoin dev's account, you would find these two accounts are similar.

You mean what I said is direct insult? OH, I'm so sorry that you are so vulnerable.

He really makes me laugh.

A Fools Paradise Is A Wise Man's Hell
Someone send a letter from a lawyer to trex outlining their intention to sue for not doing due dilagence and protecting their users. If I had any money at all I would...

Who knows where BitTrex.com is based plus even though they have possibly stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars they have done nothing illegal. I've heard this best described as the new wild west, so grab a rope, find em and string em up  Wink
